What do you like best about TruTrip?

As a Finance Director TruTrip provides a much needed tool to help not only have clear visibility and control over spend, but also generate insightful reports that can help us change our behaviour to be more cost conscious and get more from our Travel budget. What do you dislike about TruTrip?
