We liked the scans to make sure all of our team has MFA enabled across our services. So we can in one platform check all of our services that could be exposure during our audit. They provided our team with a full toolkit of policies and automated controls to make sure we could test our policies, upload evidence if needed, or pull in automated proof from all of our various vendors/SAAS solutions (i.e. AWS, Github, and Google Workplace). The ease of integration to all of our different services is really what made us go with Trustero. The AI audit scan provides action items to resolve any controls that are not passing which is huge and allowed us to make the proper adjustments needed to be confident going into our audit period. Except for the auditors, nobody likes SOC2. It's a painful and bureaucratic process. Knowing what is required, and collecting all of the evidence takes time away from my team that should be spent developing new products. Trustero's platform makes those requirements clear and does a respectable job collecting data using automated receptors, keeping the human involvement in evidence collection to a minimum. The platform was very easy to implement and guided us step by step on what to prepare in terms of policies and documentation for our SOC2 Audit. The platform is very AI driven and the integrations that Trustero uses to gather information from existing tools (GitHub, Slack, Jira) and cloud services like our cloud environment (AWS) really streamlines the process and saves time when having to collect evidence for the audit. Best of all, the tool offers real-time visibility into compliance status, allowing us to quickly address any open gaps that may appear before it impacts audit review with the platform’s seamless team collaboration features. In addition, the Trustero support and account team are very responsive and aids in giving suggestions and tips whenever needed. I highly recommend Trustero! Trustero has helped my organization with SOC 2 compliance, before Trustero, I was overwhelmed with the sheer volume of work that was ahead of me but Trustero's tools and platforms really lighten my workload. From the templated policies, receptors to connect to my other tools like my HR platform, everything is easy to use and navigate to. The team is crazy approachable and easy to work with. We gave them our timing restrictions and all the headache we were dealing with, and they had enough flexibility to work within our constraints. We had a few big customers requiring a Soc2 and we needed it quick. Trustero helped and didn't try to oversell us on anything else that they provide. We also have a limited startup budget. Super customer friendly. They were the experts and for someone that had no idea in SOC2 process, they made it super easy for my to learn and understand what I needed to in order to become SOC2 compliant. Trustero had a library of policies that essentially saved a us a ton of time in having to draft them from scratch. The automatic receptors to platforms like Git, Google Business also helped identify any non compliance areas and was able to resolve these quickly. They also offered a SOC2 Auditor for the single price we paid and made it a lot more easier from an end to end standpoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
