What do you like best about TrustCloud®?

What I like best about TrustCloud® is its ability to turn complex security and compliance workflows into clear, automated processes that align with business objectives. As someone with experience in application security and vulnerability management, I value how TrustCloud® brings together evidence collection, risk management, and audit readiness into a centralized, collaborative platform. What do you dislike about TrustCloud®?

What I find challenging about TrustCloud® is that its extensive feature set can initially feel overwhelming for new users. For teams unfamiliar with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks, the learning curve to fully understand and configure workflows might slow down adoption at first.

That said, TrustCloud’s documentation and customer support do help ease this process — and once the system is set up, the automation and visibility it provides far outweigh the initial complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TrustCloud® solving and how is that benefiting you?

TrustCloud® solves the critical problem of making security, privacy, and compliance efforts scalable, visible, and aligned with business goals. Instead of treating GRC as siloed or reactive, it turns it into a proactive, automated process.

For someone like me with experience in application security and compliance tracking, this means:

Less manual evidence collection during audits

Faster control implementation and tracking across frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.)

Real-time risk monitoring, which helps prioritize security tasks that have the most business impact

"Simplified GRC for Kynetix"

What do you like best about TrustCloud®?

Trustcloud make it easy to automate various compliance frameworks simultaneously due to the shared controls across the platform. We utilised this feature to achieve ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type I and II certifications with minimal additional effort. The interface is very user-friendly, and I want to commend TrustCloud for their outstanding customer success team, who are always ready to assist with any issues that may arise. The pre-configured templates simplify getting started even with new frameworks. Additionally, integration with our external systems makes evidence collection straightforward, and we receive reminders for manual tasks both on the platform and via email when updates are needed. What do you dislike about TrustCloud®?

While the platform is generally effective for automating compliance, the user experience could be enhanced. Some features don't function as smoothly as they should, particularly when working with lists, identifying issues during evidence upload, and navigating the site to find necessary information, which can be cumbersome. What problems is TrustCloud® solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reducing the effort needed to achieve compliance. We have utilised this to attain both SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications in a short time, thanks to the simplicity of the platform. Controls can be applied across multiple standards simultaneously, lowering the effort to achieve and sustain compliance.
