Trustcloud make it easy to automate various compliance frameworks simultaneously due to the shared controls across the platform. We utilised this feature to achieve ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type I and II certifications with minimal additional effort. The interface is very user-friendly, and I want to commend TrustCloud for their outstanding customer success team, who are always ready to assist with any issues that may arise. The pre-configured templates simplify getting started even with new frameworks. Additionally, integration with our external systems makes evidence collection straightforward, and we receive reminders for manual tasks both on the platform and via email when updates are needed. While the platform is generally effective for automating compliance, the user experience could be enhanced. Some features don't function as smoothly as they should, particularly when working with lists, identifying issues during evidence upload, and navigating the site to find necessary information, which can be cumbersome.
