There are so many ways to use it from risk and issue management, to assessments (both risk and vendor). The customer service is still the best I've experienced with any solution provider and not only do you get top notch support, you are getting it from risk/GRC experts who provide consistent value to help you along your journey. **What do you dislike about TruOps?** The tool can be a little non-intuitive. It would be helpful to have wizards or simple steps to use simple features. The customization is important but it can make the simple stuff harder. **What problems is TruOps solving and how is that benefiting you?** Continuous insight and monitoring of risks, compliance and 3rd parties. It benefits us by centralizing the risk data and processes for measuring that risk. Additionally, the mapping to regulations allows us to understand our posture from a variety of angles. ### 2. TruOps has been a reliable partner in helping us meet our GRC needs. **What do you dislike about TruOps?** While TruOps has been effective overall, the platform like may other GRC platforms could be more user-friendly, especially for the non-GRC users who may find the interface a bit complex. **What problems is TruOps solving and how is that benefiting you?** TruOps played a crucial role in streamlining our SOC2 audit process, reducing what used to take months down to just days with the auditors. TruOps includes many features and modules with quite a lot of customization. Easy for users across the enterprise to learn. Custom assessments and dashboards help drive the conversation with leadership. Ability to easily work with Sailpoint for user access and review. Role-based access is easy to set up and modify. Customizable communication templates and schedules for workflows in each module. **What do you dislike about TruOps?** Some of the workflows include added protection to ensure users are taking the correct steps which can seem a little click heavy to the users. It was consistently the same group of highly knowledgeable individuals who not only know their product inside out but also have a deep understanding of the GRC landscape. From the Customer Success Manager to the person routing my requests, their white-glove treatment makes me feel like their most valued customer. They are always available and responsive, attentively listen to my requests, and ensure full understanding before taking action. Their delivery is prompt, and their documentation is clear. The team has endless patience. I find the product itself is designed for self-service, straightforward, and highly flexible with a clean, user-friendly interface. **What do you dislike about TruOps?** Based on my interactions so far, I haven't encountered any downsides. The product offers great value and integrates well with other applications. **What problems is TruOps solving and how is that benefiting you?** TruOps is enhancing our Risk Management program by adding a layer of automation. We utilize TruOps to conduct our security risk assessments, which were previously managed through spreadsheets. Now, we can conduct risk assessments against various industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, and more. Transitioning to these frameworks manually would be require a substantial effort. With TruOps, risk scores from assessments are calculated automatically. We use the platform to document risks, including the approval process and risk treatment. Additionally, we can easily generate reports for presentations to executive leaders. TruOps also helps us manage issues and exceptions. ### 7.
