What do you like best about TruOps?

The best thing about TruOps is the tool is extremely powerful and flexible. There are so many ways to use it from risk and issue management, to assessments (both risk and vendor). The customer service is still the best I've experienced with any solution provider and not only do you get top notch support, you are getting it from risk/GRC experts who provide consistent value to help you along your journey. What do you dislike about TruOps?

What do you like best about TruOps?

TOnce I learned the tool, I found it simple to manage, across multiple modules and features. TruOps includes many features and modules with quite a lot of customization. Easy for users across the enterprise to learn. Custom assessments and dashboards help drive the conversation with leadership. Ability to easily work with Sailpoint for user access and review. What do you dislike about TruOps?

What I appreciate most about TruOps is the exceptional team I interacted with. It was consistently the same group of highly knowledgeable individuals who not only know their product inside out but also have a deep understanding of the GRC landscape. From the Customer Success Manager to the person routing my requests, their white-glove treatment makes me feel like their most valued customer. They are always available and responsive, attentively listen to my requests, and ensure full understanding before taking action. Their delivery is prompt, and their documentation is clear. The team has endless patience. I find the product itself is designed for self-service, straightforward, and highly flexible with a clean, user-friendly interface. What problems is TruOps solving and how is that benefiting you?

TruOps is enhancing our Risk Management program by adding a layer of automation. We utilize TruOps to conduct our security risk assessments, which were previously managed through spreadsheets. Now, we can conduct risk assessments against various industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, and more. Transitioning to these frameworks manually would be require a substantial effort. With TruOps, risk scores from assessments are calculated automatically. We use the platform to document risks, including the approval process and risk treatment. Additionally, we can easily generate reports for presentations to executive leaders.
