
Programming features are better than other platforms, diverse exercise library, easy to copy/continue program to the next week. Also it integrates with MyFitnessPal, which is helpful. Even though it integrates with MyFitnessPal, you can only view macros, not micros or food log. Not having the full picture can be frustrating. Metrics feature is not helpful at all, but there is no other way to track a clients bodyweight. Exercise library videos are really terrible, form on those videos is that of a very novice lifter. I have to upload my own videos for just about every exercise. Habits/lifestyle coaching features are very new and should have a separate space in the app, they really clam up the client's calendar and make things look overwhelming.
