True Tickets Digital Ticketing Service Reviews & Product Details

True Tickets is a secure digital ticket delivery, control, and audience visibility layer that integrates directly with Tessitura, the leading CRM and ticketing platform used by performing arts organizations, museums, and cultural institutions worldwide. That distinction matters because most ticketing platforms focus primarily on the point of sale. True Tickets is unique in that we extend visibility and control throughout the full post-purchase ticket lifecycle, including: Secure digital ticket delivery Controlled ticket sharing and transfer workflows Rules-based ticket resale Real-time ticket status updates Dynamic QR code validation In-ticket audience engagement and communication Post-event attendee visibility and CRM enrichment Our platform was built specifically to help venues maintain chain-of-custody visibility after tickets leave the box office. Every delivery, accepted share, resale, and scan syncs back into Tessitura in real time, helping organizations identify who actually attended the event, not just who originally purchased the tickets. This solves a major industry problem we call the Shadow Audience™, where venues lose visibility into attendees once tickets are forwarded, shared, or resold outside the organization’s direct control. Unlike many ticketing tools that rely on static barcodes or transferable access links, True Tickets keeps tickets live, governed, and connected throughout the entire lifecycle. Organizations can define sharing permissions, resale eligibility, timing windows, pricing controls, approved marketplaces, and delivery rules directly within Tessitura while continuing to use their existing operational workflows and scanning infrastructure. A few areas where we believe True Tickets uniquely fits your evaluation criteria: Deep native Tessitura integration without replacing existing systems Dynamic QR codes with real-time validation Controlled ticket lifecycle governance after delivery Real-time audience and attendance visibility Integrated resale controls and audit trails Fast mobile entry workflows designed for crowded venue environments Password-less digital wallet access Lightweight implementation with no new scanning hardware required Several of the buyer problems highlighted throughout your guide align directly with the operational challenges True Tickets was designed to solve, especially around: reducing duplicate ticket circulation, improving entry efficiency, maintaining attendee visibility, reducing box office support issues, and controlling ticket resale while preserving buyer data.
