Love how users can modify the columns whichever ways they prefer. Love the filters. Love that it is mandatory for brokers to include both an email address and a phone number in the posting. Only thing missing is being able to search for loads going to specific destination without having to include an origin location. Being able to do that would allow more flexibility for preplanning. I use ITS Dispatch. I was told RMIS would integrate with ITS Dispatch. Upon set up, was told it would not integrate.. Did not finish with set up. Can't get anyone to refund the money I was charged prior to ever using the product. I am extremely frustrated. I have been left on hold for 50 minutes at a time with no response.
