Critical data loss and poor support **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Beto F. | Fleet Owner / Dispatcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026 **What do you like best about TruckLogics?** The software has a reasonable set of features for trucking dispatch management including load tracking, expense management, and IFTA reporting in one platform. **What do you dislike about TruckLogics?** Critical data loss — all of our loads and dispatches completely disappeared from the system with no explanation. This is devastating for a trucking operation that depends on this data daily to keep the fleet on track. The system also goes down frequently, kicking users out mid-entry so data doesn't save. Customer support is very slow to respond and often unfamiliar with their own software, making it impossible to resolve urgent issues quickly. For a fleet management tool, this level of unreliability is unacceptable. **What problems is TruckLogics solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use TruckLogics to manage fleet dispatching, load tracking, and driver management for our trucking company. However, the system is currently causing more problems than it solves — all our loads and dispatches disappeared, costing us significant time and money trying to recover our operational data. ### 2. Also, the main thing I choose and recommend TruckLogics is because of their app where you can track down the driver. **What do you dislike about TruckLogics?** I'm not too fond of only the fact that the optimization of the portal is terrible, and I can not access to put documents into their servers. It shows that the servers are down all the time. **What problems is TruckLogics solving and how is that benefiting you?** I own a dispatch service company as well as a Carrier Company and Brokerage Company. I use TruckLogics to keep integrating all three of my companies into one software solution. It is easy to track my trucks, loads, invoices, fuel, etc. ### 3. It covers everything you need when you operate a trucking company. From load information, to tracking, to drivers' app, to mileage, to expenses, and I could go on and on. **What do you dislike about TruckLogics?** Some pages will take a while to load. Also, sometimes there will be glitches and it will take a while for the programmers to fix the said glitches. **What problems is TruckLogics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of the loads' status, invoicing, paying drivers, IFTA, tracking expenses ### 4. Price is friendly on subscription. It has less errors and with this advantage its used for payrols . **What do you dislike about TruckLogics?** Its not easy to use it on the web. Also time to manage it lags. Very handy that they can look up their load info and rates when they need to, as well as see what they have coming and going in their settlements.
