Pretty intuitive and the expense automation and scanning features are great, and usually very accurate.

**What do you like best about Tripgain?**

TripGain application is so smooth that booking can be done within a minute, with in-policy suggestions and saved profile info. Even expense reimbursements are easy and quick. We can create a trip on the go and attach all expenses to it on the go. The OCR reader also captures the details required from the bill scan and makes the task of entering expense details much faster. At the end of the trip, the expense report can be sent for approval with a single click.

**What do you dislike about Tripgain?**

There is nothing negative about TripGain.

**What problems is Tripgain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before TripGain, the booking and expense reimbursement process used to take a lot of time, leading to missed options and increased costs. Everything was manual, raising requests for approval, submission of bills for reimbursement, approvals etc. This used to eat up our productive time. All this unnecessary stress could be avoided through the level of automation TripGain allowed. Approvals, defining policy, expense filing, and reimbursement processes were all automated and on a single platform.

**What do you like best about Tripgain?**

TripGain application is very user-friendly and intuitive for first-time users too. May it be Flights, Hotels, Buses, or Cabs, they have excellent options, and Visa service also is available. Their team also is just a call away for any assistance. I called their support team once at night 1:00 AM, when the Flight I was supposed to travel was canceled due to bad weather. They were so helpful in booking the next best available option and made sure I didn’t miss my event. So I can vouch for it.

**What problems is Tripgain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Travel sometimes has unpredicted and expected surprises like canceled flights or some booking errors due to application glitches or wrong booking due to miscommunication which I have faced before using TripGain. However, since many of these are unavoidable, the support team should make it up to help the traveler. That is what exactly TripGain did for me, helped me through a helpless situation with excellent support, available 24/7. So, I am extremely happy with their service.

**What do you like best about Tripgain?**

TripGain made the process of booking flights very easy with its extremely user-friendly UI and intuitive interface. It has all services right from Flights, Hotels, buses, cabs, to visa and trains too. 
They have a huge inventory of hotels and in fact have options that are not on other portals. For any further assistance, their team is always available 24/7 and they do not hesitate to help me with any number of queries posed. Their teams’ professionalism is ultimate.

I am never disappointed with TripGain. There is nothing to dislike.

**What problems is Tripgain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a practice of taking approval for travel through email. That sometimes used to lead to fare jump and sometimes they used to be sold out due to delay in approval. Even expense reimbursement filing process was manual and hence time consuming. With TripGain, all these processes are automated, and time is cut down to less than 1/4th. TripGain is a fantastic application that brought in automation in such a complex process seamlessly.

**What do you like best about Tripgain?**

We have tried multiple applications before TripGain, but I can vouch for it for its ease of use and extensiveness. It covers the most complex of processes and allows them to be automated. All policies were fed to the system and the rest is taken care of. We just have to use the app for booking, approvals, filing expenses. This makes me choose TripGain as the best Travel & Expense management solution.

Nothing to dislike as their Travel & Expense solution is one of the best in market.

The other vendors we used before either had Travel and Expense management separately or had poor Travel Management or poor Expense management. Tripgain is the best at both Travel & Expense management and had all the processes covered. Tripgain customises as per our policies and integrates HR and accounts ERPs for better data flow. The best T & E application.

I have used TripGain for international travel for client meetings, and what I can say about them in a single word is that they are fantastic! Flights, Hotels & visas, everything was done without effort. All bookings can be handled on a single application, and their travel consultant team was available to clarify any issues or support any unexpected last-minute modifications.

**What do you dislike about Tripgain?**

Visa sometimes needs to be done on call or email rather than by application.

**What problems is Tripgain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing every service on multiple applications and platforms was a major drawback as it takes up a great deal of time and effort. This was solved by TripGain by integrating all services into one single robust one driven by experts in the field. I would highly recommend it to everyone. At least one trial is worth given their decent pricing.

I like the fact that, all the service bookings can be managed on a single application. I need not maintain multiple apps for a trip. Support extended by TripGain team is beyond words and above my expectation. On one instance when I had an issue with flight booking, they rebooked a flight for me at their expense which is worth mentioning. TripGain is the best!

As I mentioned, they have delighted me at multiple instances and never disappointed me.

Managing my tickets and bookings on multiple apps and different emails was a big headache. I have never used an app this user-friendly as TripGain. This helps me manage Travel end to end. App also allows us to upload bills and send for reimbursement approval.

I like the automation in the travel and expense processes brought by Tripgain. I am delighted by how quick approvals, planning and bookings happen. Reimbursements are quick too. All report submissions and invoice uploading happen online. With timely notifications and nudges we dont miss important tasks.

There is nothing to be disliked about Tripgain.

Complex processes and multiple tasks around Travel & Expense Management make it difficult and sometimes has put me in a major stress like once on an international
flight, I had missed seat selection, its was a long flight and I was assigned one near emergency exit which doesn’t recline. That was the worst experience of my life. With TripGain, I am always notified and nudged for such important tasks.

Integrated our Accounting system with TripGain helped us push all the travel and accommodation-related bills automatically. The volume of these entries is such, that it saved a great amount of time and effort. GST-compliant invoices and auto reconciliation not only helped us improve the efficiency of our team to a great level but also helped us focus on more important tasks.

I don’t dislike anything. It is well & good while working on it. Tripgain team helping & supporting always. With TripGain all the issues were solved as the bills were pushed into our accounting system and reconciliation was also automated

Entry of all the invoice details and reconciliation manually was a herculean task, especially considering the volume of travel our team does. GST reconciliation was a major stress area as filing and claiming has to be done in a stipulated time. With TripGain all the issues were solved as the bills were pushed into our accounting system and reconciliation was also automated. All the invoices were GST-compliant.

Tripgain is very User Friendly and can be customised as per our requirement.

TripGain has meticulously automated many travel-related processes which used to take a great deal of time and multiple checks at various levels before. Their application helps travelers book the most suitable option while complying with the policy. Policies are fed to the system which makes sure that Travel Policy compliance is at its best. Their team is very supportive and is available 24/7 on call making sure of the best travel experience for our employees.

There is a significant saving on Travel cost from the time we started using TripGain. TripGain gives good deals that stand out and a major part of savings is contributed by timely bookings and better planning.

TripGain’s insightful dashboard gives a glimpse of all T & E-related figures. I have better control and as it helps me take timely decisions.

Nothing specific when it comes to negative feedback. They should just keep up the standards always.

**What problems is Tripgain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing bookings was quite tedious. All travel and accommodation bookings were handled by Quess’ in-house travel team, and they were unable to manage the numerous calls coming in, especially late at night. With TripGain, the majority of bookings are made by the traveller through the application itself and all other requests are handled by the TripGain support team. Tickets are now booked in 10 mins after approval whereas it used to take more than 8 hours earlier. My team can now focus on more important tasks.

Compliance with policy has shot up to 89% from 60%.

TripGain application made sure that the majority of bookings were done by the traveler itself. Reimbursement claims and approvals are a breeze now, as all the processes are

I can complete a booking in just 30Sec and it offers the best mobile app user experience. Plus, their customer support team is available around the clock to assist with any issues or concerns promptly.

I have used TripGain for  more than a year and have not encountered anything negative so far.

Presently using for personal use. TripGain solved my major problem of scouting for the best fare and making bookings for different services on different platforms which demands more time and effort to manage. Now, it is the only Travel App that I rely on for all my booking needs starting from Flights to hotels to cabs, which makes it much easier and more convenient.

**What do you like best about Tripgain?**

TripGain ensures of great employee experience. The mobile application is very user-friendly and handy for them to make bookings and expense filing. The employee can book the travel option that best fits their requirement on TripGain app, where the in-policy options are displayed. Employees can file expenses on the go in the mobile app, with no missed expenses or bills. The overall TAT for reimbursement claims and approval has also significantly come down. Their support team is available 24/7 to take care of any of the traveller’s requirements and requests.

**What do you dislike about Tripgain?**

Nothing to dislike or unsatisfactory. We have a good experience.

Before TripGain the submission and reimbursement of travel bills were done manually, consuming a lot of our employees’ time and delay in reimbursement. 

Travel expense reporting is now quick and easy. With the OCR scan, all receipts can be immediately scanned and uploaded which eliminated the need to maintain paper receipts which often get lost in the shuffle and result in delay.

TripGain has replaced at least two resources from our admin team, who were primarily occupied with managing our employee's travel needs, from finding the best travel option that fits our policy to last-minute requests. Automation worked a great deal in reducing our team's time spent on reimbursements. Now Travel policy compliance has been at its best.

Not to dislike as yet. The response time has always been good enough unless a couple of times.

We had to expand our team during a business event or a tradeshow as the travel need would be too high. However, with TripGain it's all taken care of well on time. We could not only save on resource cost and time, but Travel Cost too. Flights and Hotels are much cheaper at TripGain.

The technology is state of the art and has all workflows which we need. We felt it was tailormade for us; from setting up all our workflows to syncing them with our internal tools, tripgain truly automates everything. While the technology is excellent, what stands out is their always-available team.

**What do you like best about Tripgain?**

TripGain helped Quess streamline all our travel and expense-related processes. There is a significant saving on Travel and resource costs from the time we started using TripGain. 
A significant part of savings is contributed by speeding up the booking process by eliminating delays due to manual policy checks for approval which usually leads to fare jumps. We leveraged our existing contracts with multiple suppliers on a single platform and thus were able to centralise our entire travel program on Tripgain. 

TripGain also replaced our legacy expense management tool with its automated expense solution. All the employees use tripgain to file their travel and non travel related expenses and get their reimbursements done quickly and efficiently. TripGain’s insightful dashboard gives a glimpse of all T & E-related figures.

**What do you dislike about Tripgain?**

None so far. Till date among the technologies i have explored they have one of the best.

**What problems is Tripgain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Two significant problems TripGain solved are 
1) Travel automation: Policy Compliance, reducing travel costs, streamlining workflows. Manually checking the compliance of thousands of bookings for approvals was a mammoth task for our Admin staff, and there was more room for manual errors and delay. However, with TripGain’s automation, one could eliminate out-of-policy bookings. Compliance with policy has now shot up to 89% from 50%. 

2) Expense Management: Travel and Non-Travel expenses, Policy checks and reimbursements. With tripgain the reimbursement cycles have significantly reduced, leading to greater employee satisfaction while maintaining compliance.
