It has greatly helped us in being able to cater to EBL (Emergent Bi-Lingual) students in schools, as well as make our material accessible to people in other countries. We get significant usage in the Philippines and India which are often lower-income areas, and I'm really glad that we can help people around the world learn. The install of it is very simple, and with the API I can force-include or force-exclude sections of the website. The keyboard features also help with those who have visual impairment. **What do you dislike about Trinity Audio?** One thing they need to figure out is since they are not based in the USA so it is expensive or impossible to wire transfer money for payments if you have a smaller bank (although they are good about letting you lump multiple months together and work with you). Also you are limited to 6 languages total, which is probably fine for the vast majority of users but as an Educational site having a couple more would help us cover some niche populations in schools. **What problems is Trinity Audio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have students who don't know English or are learning English, and having our material in their language greatly helps us be accessible and allow teachers to continue using it. Much of the programming and set up is over my head but as the client interface for our company my interaction with Trinity Audio has been very positive. Sometimes our time differences can cause a lag in communication, but that is no one's fault. It is not a matter "if" a publisher should implement an audio solution it is a matter of "when" they should. I was VP of Business Development for Fortune Magazine and we integrated them onto the site 2.5 years ago. Not only did it provide a new stream of revenue for the publisher it provided new functionality that our subscribers embraced. Unlike other revenue partners it checked the most important boxes for a publisher: Editorial - Makes the content available in the appropriate format for our subscribers. We all know that some don't have the patience of reading a book, so they can rather convert it into audio and listen to it whenever they want. **What do you dislike about Trinity Audio?** From what i have experienced, there are 2 major issues. First is the pricing. Like it is somewhat jusitifed to provide the full functionalities at a premium payment but on the other hand, not everyone is capable of purchasing one.
