I have very much enjoyed working with Trinity Audio. Olesia, Matan and their team are very helpful. Very friendly. I know they have our best interests in mind. They answer every question, handle every request with prompt, professional enthusiasm. I have every confidence that if I have a question they are able to help me understand and work through it. Much of the programming and set up is over my head but as the client interface for our company my interaction with Trinity Audio has been very positive. I observed them being incredibly thourough with my programming team on getting Trinity audio set up to where we could deliver and report on the impressions and clicks through our GAM. I do not have any dislikes of Trinity Audio. Sometimes our time differences can cause a lag in communication, but that is no one's fault. I plan ahead and set expectations with my clients regarding turnaround times for any changes we make. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Trinity Audio is the best audible solution on the market. It is not a matter "if" a publisher should implement an audio solution it is a matter of "when" they should. I was VP of Business Development for Fortune Magazine and we integrated them onto the site 2.5 years ago. Not only did it provide a new stream of revenue for the publisher it provided new functionality that our subscribers embraced. Unlike other revenue partners it checked the most important boxes for a publisher:

Editorial - Makes the content available in the appropriate format for our subscribers. Does not add another service that shows "Toe Nail Fungus" ads

Technology- It is 4 lines of code and is easy to implement

I’d like to see more detailed revenue reporting on the Dashboard tab. At the moment, the dashboard only visualizes revenue through graphs without showing the actual numbers, which limits our ability to analyze performance accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part has to be the Text To Speech which literally can convert any text to somewhat similar human kind of voice which doesn't feel AI generated, but does the job. We all know that some don't have the patience of reading a book, so they can rather convert it into audio and listen to it whenever they want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From what i have experienced, there are 2 major issues. First is the pricing. Like it is somewhat jusitifed to provide the full functionalities at a premium payment but on the other hand, not everyone is capable of purchasing one. Second it the difficulty to distinguish between the english words it just pronounces, like it is hard to get what the voice has spoken about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
