I am not completely objective, but I think it is simply the best solution in the world :)

I encountered no drawbacks using this solution.

**What problems is Trimoji solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sorting of resumes, matching with the position, personality analysis, as well as matching with the team and the manager. The reports are clear and easy to explain, which allows the profiles to be shared with all those involved in the recruitment.
