Its quite easy to understand and usability is quite high i would say using common design and usage patterns and best practices - not reinvent the wheel. I use it currently nearly daily in our work (account startup phase). Customer support not tested so far. **What do you dislike about trendHERO?** "On demand" Pricing model and artificial limitations feels a bit like a service which wants to squeeze out the money since i expect the data is there already and processing is not that cost factor. Following features are not clear to me: "outreach", "overlaps", "ad posts". Some quick "value prop", "what", "why", "how" description would help in undstanding also - for which use cases this is relevant. **What problems is trendHERO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Stated before already. - Data-Driven Partner evaluation - Insight of own account (quality) One thing: there seems to be a mismatch at least in the gender split section to the insta pro insights. I didn't use this at my previous job, but I use it regularly here. No need to run around with tables in Excel or Notion) 4. Review by ER, by publication reach, and if necessary, conduct checks After purchasing a check, everything about the blogger becomes clear. It's cool. I have questions about the column "who the audience is subscribed to," but more on that in the cons section. They can be purchased additionally, but for small businesses or with a limited budget, this is very difficult. 2. If you look at who the target audience is subscribed to - you can't adjust by city and other criteria. Our target audience is subscribed to all sorts of trash, but as an SMM specialist, I'm only interested in bloggers. It was good to check the quality of the accounts that are following me and compare them to other accounts that are similar to mine. It helped me implement some changes and provide a quality check of the accounts that follow mine. **What do you dislike about trendHERO?** The quality check of the accounts was not very helpful, unfortunately. When I found out that I have a large number of suspicion accounts and mass followers, I started manually deleting them. As a result, the number of quality audience has dropped while the number of suspicion accounts and mass followers remained the same which makes me question the method which is used to calculate the quality audience. In addition, the description of 'quality audience' has changed in the past few weeks. Initially, it included a foreign language in the account as a criteria and categorized those accounts as suspicious. The wording has changed, but my numbers remained the same and this is also something that I think is questionable considering my page is for English learners and most of them would use a language other than English for their account. If we block them and remove them, it looks like we have had a mass unfollow event, which also hurts our analytics (an IG only allows you to do so many at a time and it would take forever)...how how can you stop these accounts from following you?
