What I don't like about Trend Vision One - Endpoint Security? Honestly, the console is way too cluttered with options and categories everywhere. Like, you're in the middle of a night shift, some sketchy endpoint alert pops up, and you gotta hunt through like 10 menus just to isolate it or check the hash. If they simplified it—maybe let you customize views for SOC basics vs. all the fancy deep-dive stuff—it'd save so much time. Right now, everything jammed in one place slows me down big time, especially when tickets are piling up. On top of that, learning all the different models, detection types, and configs is a total grind. Took our team weeks to get comfortable, and every update messes with what you thought you knew. I remember one rollout where half my playbooks broke because categories shifted—super annoying when you're already juggling Defender and QRadar. They could make onboarding quicker with better defaults or role-based shortcuts, you know? It's powerful stuff but feels like overkill for daily threat hunting. Vision One console has been a great companion for our IT team to protect our IT assets from Cyber Attacks. The UI has largely improved from the previous generations. It's really easy to get started with the implementation. Few times we had to contact their support for some troubleshooting which they have promptly resolved our issue.
