It's really fast and very efficient. Does the job within seconds. Most of the process is very smooth and files can be directly edited through this. **What do you dislike about Trellian FTP?** It's interface is relly basic, it could be little better and catchy. Sometimes it doesn't responds, but it happens rarely, though can get very frustrating that times. **What problems is Trellian FTP solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me in accessing my clients website server's directly and also helps me in resolving the issue with the server with in mintus without having to download the files. ### 2. I use FTPs quite often for storing central contracts remotely and have enjoyed using Trellian best among other softwares out there. **What do you dislike about Trellian FTP?** The most frustrating thing about Trellian is the sporadicness of the updates. What I like most about this software is that it can be run as a background process without using a lot of resources. I also like that I can drag and drop folders to the directory without searching folder by folder. Another feature that I like is that I can save the credentials of the server I want to log in to, so I can save time when I am going to upload files. **What do you dislike about Trellian FTP?** What I don't like about Trellian FTP is that it is not a multiplatform software, so it is only possible to install it on Windows. **Recommendations to others considering Trellian FTP:** I recommend the use of this software for its powerful security features, speed and ease of use. Unfortunately it is only available for Windows. **What problems is Trellian FTP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trellian FTP helps me daily when I find myself providing remote technical support to users and I have to upload files to the company server, since I can drag and drop files that will be stored on the server that help me to solve the incidents in my work. ### 9. The drag and drop functionality is amazing and it saves the credentials of the server. This removes latency. **What do you dislike about Trellian FTP?** Unfortunately, its just present for windows and no IOS and android versions are available. **Recommendations to others considering Trellian FTP:** Ease of use due to amazing drag and drop functionality and thus is very fast plus seamless transfer. **What problems is Trellian FTP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps me i uploading file to company servers. This is much more useful i the migration of data from one place to another. ### 10. It's clean user interface with drag-n-drop enabled makes this very easy to use. Though easy to use, Trellian has continuously updated their product adding more sophisticated features as reviving a lost connection, being able to download from multiple servers, file comparison (handy when updating a website), and one of the biggest lists of public FTP sites continuously updated. I've tried competitive products but have always returned to Trellian. **What do you dislike about Trellian FTP?** I wish Trellian had a linux version. I also wish Trellian either had built-in file encryption or a plug-in from another encryption provider. I've increasingly found that I've had to encrypt data before transferring sensitive files by FTP. While the Drag-n-Drop feature is great, I still have to first encrypt my files, then drag-n-drop them into Trellian. **Recommendations to others considering Trellian FTP:** I've used Trellian for over a decade and found it to continuously improve and add innovative features, but it's still easy to use. Support for the product has been first class. **What problems is Trellian FTP solving and how is that benefiting you?** As part of our "end-of-day, back office" functions I had to generate a daily financial report and upload it to a FTP server. Due to its sensitive nature, I would first have to encrypt the file(s), then upload them. While I'm quite good at command line and scripting, I found that when I handed this process off to less technical o-workers it was less than optimal.
