Whilst the platform is easy to use, it does not show you what is really available. For instance, what was available on Air NZ was not showing on the WegoPro platform. Most of us ended up booking through the airline's website and claiming our fares back, which defeated the whole purpose of having a travel management system. The system was so unreliable that we had to use a different travel agency to manage an event that we held in April.
