What do you like best about WegoPro?

The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it a easy for team members to manage bookings, track itineraries, and access real-time travel data. WegoPro collates all of your travel data bookings and gives you the ability to generate reports in your home currency. WegoPro's customer support is very friendly and they usually respond within minutes, it is similar to virtual coincerage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WegoPro?

Their inventory especially for flights and hotels is not at par with competitors, and the rates are way to high compared to other booking sites. Sometimes the rates shown especially for flights are way higher but this is only for domestic routes, in international routes they are at par with other players in the market. What problems is WegoPro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wego Pro had been good travel provider for our organization’s travel planning. It has streamlined our processes, reduced the hassle of managing multiple bookings, and saved us time and money. We used WEGO Pro for managing booking internal flights (both domestic and international) and also for bulk bookings. The main advantage that wego pro provides us over others is the credit billing cycle which makes booking flights very very easy and hassle free. It reduces the workload on our administrative team, allowing them to focus on other admin tasks. It helps us optimize our travel budget to certain extend (esp international routes) by securing better rates. This transparency and centralization enhance our operational efficiency, allowing us to monitor travel patterns, ensure compliance with corporate travel policies, and streamline reporting. What do you like best about WegoPro?

Ease of Use, Customer Support, Xero Integration, Core Features, Easy to implement and manage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WegoPro?

Signing in nearly always requires an email code to be sent for verification. It would be nice if they allowed 2FA using Google Authenticator or SMS instead. Sometimes the prices for bookings seem higher than we might find on other discount travel sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WegoPro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Travel policy management with employee Self-Service for Travel Approvals and Bookings. We used to rely on Google Forms, emails, and self-booking with "pay and claim" for travel. WegoPro made it so that employees are largely booking airfare and hotels without paying out of pocket but with clear policy review and accountability. When employees do need to pay for things out of pocket, WegoPro makes it super easy to claim, process approvals, and manage reimbursements for expense claims. The integration with Xero means that everything flows into our accounting system and syncs nicely so we don't have to enter data into more than one system to process things. For our company WegoPro is just right, not too complicated, not difficult to learn, and pretty easy to manage, overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"They are not ready"

What do you like best about WegoPro?

The platform will be great once it has all the functionality and can operate as it should. At this stage, it is not ready to be used. Customer Support was nevertheless good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WegoPro?

Whilst the platform is easy to use, it does not show you what is really available. For instance, what was available on Air NZ was not showing on the WegoPro platform. Most of us ended up booking through the airline's website and claiming our fares back, which defeated the whole purpose of having a travel management system.

The system was so unreliable that we had to use a different travel agency to manage an event that we held in April. As customers of WegoPro, it was a nightmare, it made my life harder as opposed to easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WegoPro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We no longer use WegoPro as it could not cope with our travel capacity. Flights to the Pacific that were shown on various airlines (Fiji Airways, Air NZ) were not available on WegoPro. Accommodation was not any cheaper than as shown on other platforms (Booking.com or Expedia). We have just spent $40k on travel in the last month, this is revenue that WegoPro has lost from us.
