Second: how easy it is to use. The pro version with AI translation safe 70% of time, your work is only adding the language in settings, activate AI translation and comeback in half an hour to review the translation. The last time we had an issue with translated menu and the support was very helpful, It's still being through the email so it takes a little more time to communicate but, they were very helpful. **What do you dislike about TranslatePress?** support trough the email takes too long to communicate **What problems is TranslatePress solving and how is that benefiting you?** adds the translation to website quickly in a matter of an hour, i dont waist much time to translate myself ### 2. This was a a mistake on my part. I would have appreciated if you let me know and avoided the cost. As an example, at Amazon, if you want to buy the same book twice, the system tells you "you bought the same title 2 years ago" **What problems is TranslatePress solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use TP for having my web page in 2 languages. It is an expensive service for a small company as mine. I'm investigating Claude for doing it myself at a lesser cost, before the renewal, in a year's time ### 3. I appreciate having multiple languages. And most of all, the support team is very helpful. I've reached out with a few issues in the past and Anca has always answered quickly and taken the time to look specifically into my problem to solve it for me. **What do you dislike about TranslatePress?** Edit: Anca explained how to merge the whole paragraph together so it can be translated in a single segment instead of breaking up into strings.
