I absolutely love this and I use it all day everyday! We have a very diverse group of families in our public school system. Our population is more than 60% English language learners. In the past we have had to pay companies to come in and translate during meetings or to even make a simple phone call. This app gives you so many options to speak to so many families. I can go on and on about the many features that benefit my students and their families. Son of my favorites are that you can choose the voices That you would like your audience to here and also you could choose if you want to be speaking to an individual person or a group. They offer many different languages that meet all of my family’s needs. They are even able to set the tone of your voice to better suit your audience. **What do you dislike about translate.com?** I have not found a dislike in this app. As I mentioned before, I can go on and on about the “likes” of this app. **What problems is translate.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** SO many issues have been resolved. First and foremost, we are able to reach all of our families and communication is key in my line of work! Another resolved issue is spending an insane amount of money on translators! Translate.com offers translations carried out by qualified (human) translators, who are capable of translating any document we need in business transactions, with absolute precision, so that all the terms of the agreement or offer are perfectly clear. It also offers, of course, translations of complete web pages. The number of human translations and translated web pages per month varies depending on the subscribed plan. There are four basic plans (ranging from the free trial to the business plan of $1199), but you can also request a quote for another personalized plan that better suits our needs. **What do you dislike about translate.com?** The most economical starter plan of 59 dollars includes very few words (translated by humans) per month. You can also view translations of entire web pages and perform conventional translations. All plans require registration, and the fees range from a very limited free plan (intended more to get to know the service) to nearly 1200 dollars for the enterprise version, with the professional version costing 299. These prices can be reduced a bit (around 20%) if you choose annual payment instead of monthly. The fees may seem a bit high, but it's important to consider that it allows up to 10 million pages monthly and 37 different languages, can be integrated with other applications, and offers, among other things, translation memory and glossary (in the enterprise version).
