Transitour Reviews & Product Details

Transitour is an all-in-one fleet operations platform designed for coach, bus, limousine and taxi operators. It brings quoting, bookings, scheduling, dispatch, driver and vehicle management, invoicing and compliance into one structured system, helping passenger transport companies manage their daily operations more efficiently. The platform is built around the real workflows of transport operators. Transitour helps teams create and manage quotations, convert them into bookings, assign vehicles and drivers, coordinate dispatch, track operational information and generate invoices from the same platform. This reduces the need to rely on disconnected spreadsheets, email chains and multiple tools for different parts of the operation. Transitour also includes a mobile driver app that gives drivers access to trip assignments, booking details and operational notifications. Fleet managers and dispatchers can manage vehicles, schedules and day-to-day activity from a centralised environment, while owners and finance teams retain visibility across the full workflow from quotation to invoicing. The software is designed for passenger transport businesses of different sizes, including coach companies, bus operators, limousine services and taxi fleets. It supports both growing operators and larger organisations that need a scalable fleet management, booking and dispatch solution. Transitour uses a simple pricing model of €15 per active vehicle per month, with unlimited users, drivers and trips included. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required. Transitour is shaped through direct collaboration with transport operators, with a focus on real dispatch workflows, pricing structures, compliance requirements and fleet management challenges. The platform is continuously improved around the features that deliver practical operational impact.
