Transalis EDI Reviews & Product Details

Transalis EDI (Transalis OpenEDI™) is fully managed EDI for suppliers, retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers. Connect once to the Transalis Trading Network and trade electronically with 15,000+ organisations across 50+ countries, including 98% of the UK's electronically-trading retail market. Orders, despatch advices (ASNs), invoices and other business documents flow automatically between your ERP or accounting system and your trading partners. You don't need in-house EDI expertise. Transalis handles the mapping, trading partner onboarding, testing, monitoring and support as a fully managed service. When a new retailer asks you to trade by EDI, Transalis connects you to them. Most retailers are already on the Trading Network, so onboarding is quick and you avoid building a new connection each time. Retailers and larger buyers use Transalis the other way round, to onboard many suppliers onto EDI and keep the data flowing correctly. Pricing is fixed, with no per-message fees, so your costs stay predictable as your volumes grow. Transalis is GS1 and ISO 27001 accredited and is a certified Peppol Access Point, so EDI and eInvoicing run on one connection. Transalis has run managed EDI since 2004 from Portsmouth, UK. Customers include Argos, AS Watson, Superdrug and Space NK. Typical users are suppliers in retail, food and drink, manufacturing, wholesale and construction.
