## About TrakPro
TrakPro is a construction payment management platform for main contractors and commercial teams in the UK and Ireland. Subcontractors submit applications for payment (payment claims) against the agreed bill of quantities. Quantity surveyors assess line by line, issue recommendations, and certify through configurable approval chains. TrakPro generates payment certificates and pay less notices, tracks retention and release, and manages variations, dayworks and materials on site, with a full audit trail. Both sides of the payment work in the same system, giving main contractors real-time visibility of committed cost and certified value across every project. Notices and terminology are jurisdiction-correct for UK projects under the Construction Act and Irish projects under the Construction Contracts Act, and CIS is handled on UK payments. Integrates with construction ERPs including COINS, Sage Intacct and 4PS. Subcontractors use TrakPro free. Pricing applies to main contractors only.
