**What do you like best about Trakeye?**

Trakeye has assisted our team by providing real-time tracking of field resources in terms of productivity. We can see where the technician is, what they are doing and where the asset is at all times, which increased the overall flow dramatically.

**What do you dislike about Trakeye?**

Reporting appears to be quite pre-set and its design does not allow for the creation of the exact reports and displays that I need. This makes it extremely challenging for me to produce reports for my team that can be described as actionable.

**What problems is Trakeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trakeye has brought a big revolution in our field service ensuring timely resource monitoring, work status and condition of assets. This has aided in the right sequencing of tasks, getting first-time fixes, as well as completing tasks on time.

**What do you like best about Trakeye?**

We thought that Trakye that offers field technician real-time tracking has been beneficial for our firm. Their location, job progress and resource utilization can be observed thus making improvements on dispatching and customer service.

**What do you dislike about Trakeye?**

Sometimes I require working with the data and transforming it in Excel in order to get the analysis I need. It becomes difficult for me to know how my technicians perform over time or try and filter the data to be by specific customers.

**What problems is Trakeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trakye has changed how we work in the area of field service management. The ability to get real-time visibility and task automation has helped in increased efficiency in the organization to provide good service to the customers.

**What do you like best about Trakeye?**

I have used Trakeye and it tracks Locations of Field resources in realtime for my team. We are now able to know the location of our technicians and at the same time see what they are developing at any time.

**What do you dislike about Trakeye?**

The reporting feature in Trakeye seems a little rigid to me. The lack of flexibility in the reporting or the inability to create ‘canned’ views into the data restrains the depth for which one can drill down.

**What problems is Trakeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can say that Trakeye helped greatly to increase the visibility of the field service. Technician location and activity status information let us more effectively schedule work, dispatch our service team, and meet customer expectations.

**What do you like best about Trakeye?**

Trakeye tracking of field resources has been useful specially in the current situation where various field resources are assigned to my team. We are now able to know where our technicians are, or what they are doing for us at a given point in time.

**What do you dislike about Trakeye?**

The reporting functionality in Trakeye seems a bit dull to me. This is why I regularly require to move data into tables, and turn it around within spreadsheets to get the data I need.

**What problems is Trakeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before the use of Trakeye it was extremely challenging to manage a dispersed field force team. We used paperwork for check-ins and inadequate scheduling systems, which caused time loss and ineffective communication.

**What do you like best about Trakeye?**

By using Trakeye I am able to observe the location and status of all my field team which leads to better dispatching and productivity. The detailed activity data also assists me in knowing what need to be done.

**What do you dislike about Trakeye?**

On reflection though, the use of Trakeye seems to highly depend on the availability of the internet. In some circumstances, there are situations that my team members experienced low connection in certain areas.

**What problems is Trakeye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trakeye has been a helpful tool in supervising my remote employees. The real-time tracking means my team does not have to check constantly, which distracts their work and decreases efficiency.
