Trainio Reviews & Product Details

Trainio is the AI roleplay training platform for healthcare teams. Your staff practice hard conversations, like an angry patient at the front desk, with a realistic AI avatar. Seconds later they get a score and notes on what they said. Your scripts and protocols sit in the Knowledge hub, and you see who's ready. Trainio is for healthcare teams whose staff talk to patients and families every day. That means front desk and call center agents, caregivers and aides, counselors and techs, nurses, coordinators, and pharmacy staff. Training and operations leaders use it to get new hires ready. It keeps experienced staff sharp, too. Pick one of 1,000+ ready-made scenarios for your care setting, or type what happened and get a new one. Your staff talk it through with a realistic AI avatar on video. When it ends, they get a score and notes on their own words. You see progress for each person and each team. You can build your own scenario in minutes. Describe the situation, the role, and what good looks like, and Trainio writes the patient and the checklist. Set the rules once, and every conversation stays on your protocol. Each person gets a score and notes seconds after the conversation ends. Everyone is scored against the same checklist, so a score on nights means what it means on days. You can read every transcript. You can keep your phone scripts, SOPs, and protocols in the Knowledge hub. Staff search it from anywhere in Trainio, and Ask AI answers only from your documents. Trainio is built for healthcare, while many AI roleplay tools are built for sales calls and corporate coaching. Every scenario is written for a care setting, and the patient follows your protocols. Every practice is saved with a score and a transcript a surveyor can read. Trainio is priced per seat. The Team plan is $50 per seat per month, from 5 seats, with unlimited practice and no per-session charges. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card. Enterprise adds volume pricing, signed HIPAA BAAs, one login (SSO), and HR system sync.
