Trainerstack.pro Reviews & Product Details

TrainerStack is personal trainer business software built in Australia for solo trainers, online coaches and small studios. It runs the business side and the coaching side in one place, so a trainer is not paying for a CRM, a booking tool, a payments app, a coaching app and a spreadsheet for tax. Win clients: a lead pipeline, enquiry forms with PAR-Q health screening, lead magnets, email lists and automations, a link-in-bio page and testimonial pages. Bookings: a calendar with recurring and group sessions, a public booking page where leads and clients book themselves, confirmations and reminders in the client app, and every session linked to its payment so you can see who has paid. Payments: payment links, session packs and subscriptions with recurring billing, an online store for packs, subscriptions and programs, invoices with overdue reminders, and a card on file for repeat charges. Money settles to the trainer's own Stripe account. Expenses and GST: expenses with Australian tax codes and GST split out, receipt uploads, a profit and loss summary, and a CSV export for the accountant at tax time. Programs: a program builder with templates, an exercise library with your own videos, exercise swaps and alternatives, RIR and RPE prescriptions, import from a spreadsheet or paste, workout logging in the client app, weekly check-ins with progress photos and measurements, and daily habits and tasks. Nutrition: meal plans and a recipe library built from a verified ingredient database, a one-click Recalculate that fits a meal to its calorie and macro targets, a calorie and macro calculator, supplement plans, and a client food diary with restaurant menus. Clients get the TrainerStack app on iPhone and Android: their program, workout logging, meal plan, food diary, check-ins, bookings and chat with their coach. One plan with every feature, priced in Australian dollars, with unlimited clients, sessions and leads. 30 days free. Client data is stored in an Australian region.
