TrainConfirm is a web application for sending training videos to staff and recording that each person watched them. An administrator uploads a video and enters staff email addresses, either individually or by uploading a CSV. Each recipient receives an email containing a link that works once. The video player has no seek bar and no playback speed control, so the video cannot be skipped or run at double speed, and the confirmation form remains locked until playback reaches the end. While the video plays, the viewer's name and the date are displayed on screen as a watermark. To confirm, the recipient types their full name. That signature is stored alongside the date, time and IP address of the confirmation, and the link then expires so it cannot be reused. Staff never create an account, set a password or install anything. Administrators can see completion status for every person and every video, follow up with anyone still pending, and export the full set of records as a CSV for audit purposes. Training emails are sent under the customer's own organisation name and logo, so recipients see communication from their employer rather than from a third-party platform. TrainConfirm is used for staff training compliance, contractor and site inductions, policy updates, patient education, and any situation requiring documented proof that a named individual received and reviewed a video. It suits organisations of roughly 25 to 250 staff in regulated or safety-critical sectors, including care providers, staffing agencies, construction, facilities management and hospitality. Staff who leave can be archived, which frees their place on the plan while keeping every confirmation record they signed. There is no course library, no course builder, no SCORM packaging and no setup period.
