TradePath HQ Reviews & Product Details

TradePath HQ is an ERP platform built exclusively for independent CPG food brokerage agencies. Where generic accounting tools and spreadsheets break down, TradePath takes over — handling the commission tracking, deduction management, and promotion reporting that define the broker's day-to-day. The commission engine supports multi-rep splits and line-level calculations across every SKU, generating client-ready pay statements without manual reconciliation. The Deduction Recovery Hub ingests retailer remittances automatically, triages claims by dispute window urgency, and tracks each case from intake to recovered — replacing a coordinator's inbox with a structured pipeline. Promotion ROI tools quantify lift from every trade spend event so brokers arrive at quarterly reviews with hard numbers, not estimates. Additional features include AI-powered reporting chat and email drafts, QuickBooks Online sync, direct BI connectivity, and inbound EDI 850 purchase order ingestion. Plans start at $149/month. 14-day free trial, no implementation fee.
