If you're into strategic sourcing then this tool is a must. Also, having access to all the details about the imported containers is actually a major benefit. **What do you dislike about TradeData.Pro?** TradeData.Pro has a wide range of features and I was taking some time to figure out how to use all of these as a new user. But I’m glad that after informing this to the customer support team they sent me a user guide and video tutorial in a few minutes and I could use the platform effectively without hassles. **What problems is TradeData.Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had to find detailed dataset on buyer and supplier names to product details, HS Codes, quantities, pricing, trade routes, and carrier information. As my company provides consultanty service for trading firms of raw materials, the data we gathered on the platform has been useful for us to conduct research for pricing and monitor the activities of our competitors and potential customers. **What do you dislike about TradeData.Pro?** Data about Thailand companies is limited, it seems like a common problem because i can't find those info on other platforms too. Therefore, the mirror data provided is sufficient to make me make a decision. The experience has been smooth so far, so i didn't get a chance to engage their customer service yet and unsure how the customer service is like. **What problems is TradeData.Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a consultancy firm, we need large volume of data that is accurate, reliable and up-to-date.
