Trackely Reviews & Product Details

Trackely is a UK delivery management platform that helps delivery and transport teams plan, run and prove every delivery. Office teams can import orders from CSV or enter them by hand, build routes, assign drivers and vehicles, and fix problems before publishing. Once routes are live, a live map and Issues view show progress, failed stops, access problems and delays, and customers can track their deliveries. Before each stop, the driver app shows the address, parking guidance, the entrance or unloading point, and the proof the customer needs. Site details such as parking tips, entrance instructions, contacts and photos are saved per location and reused on later visits. Photos, signatures, notes and delivery outcomes are kept against each stop as proof of delivery. Trackely flags late or blocked routes, but your team approves every change. It’s built for the UK, with UK postcodes, GBP pricing and no per-driver fees.
