Super simple. **What do you dislike about Track1099?** There is no customer service since being acquired by Avalara. There is no phone number or live person you can talk with if you have a problem. They just implemented an authenticator that does not email or text - you need an app like Google Authenticator. And this has blocked me from signing into my account. Unfortunately, I opened a help ticket that keeps getting closed because it's being viewed by Avalara instead of Track1099 and the Avalara rep I spoke to from the support ticket could do nothing to help me. My suggestion - find a different service for filing 1099s. Track1099 is no longer a service I choose to support. **What problems is Track1099 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Track1099 is not solving any problems for me right now. They are creating problems for me with their authenticator requirement and there is nobody live to talk with. ### 2. Information is easy to enter, and the price is very reasonable. Track1099 will mail or email the forms and let me know when the IRS and state approve or reject (and why) our entries. The platform allows the import of data. I haven't used this functionality yet, but I plan on trying this out this upcoming season. **What do you dislike about Track1099?** I haven't found anything that I dislike or anything that is missing with this product. **What problems is Track1099 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are required to file 1099s at year-end, and this platform solves this issue and saves us from having to complete and send 1099s manually. ### 3. So easy and affordable. You can upload a csv file or connect to certain accounting and bill pay softwares. Makes it quick and painless. also, everything saves from the prior year so you can just transfer and adjust. **What do you dislike about Track1099?** Honestly, not much. My accounting and bill pay systems are not offered for a direct import but the csv import works fine instead. **What problems is Track1099 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping ensure forms are filled out properly and sent on time. Not having to print and mail makes it much easier for working remote also. ### 4.
