I love the ease of using Track1099. Super simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no customer service since being acquired by Avalara. There is no phone number or live person you can talk with if you have a problem. They just implemented an authenticator that does not email or text - you need an app like Google Authenticator. And this has blocked me from signing into my account. Unfortunately, I opened a help ticket that keeps getting closed because it's being viewed by Avalara instead of Track1099 and the Avalara rep I spoke to from the support ticket could do nothing to help me.
My suggestion - find a different service for filing 1099s. Track1099 is no longer a service I choose to support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
