Tourbox Reviews & Product Details

Tourbox is tour operator software that runs every trip from the first enquiry to the returned traveller. Bookings, itineraries, suppliers, invoices and the customer portal, in one system built around how a tour business actually works. It is built for independent tour operators selling tailor-made and multi-day trips, whether you are moving off spreadsheets or out of a system that no longer fits. Every enquiry and booking sits on one board with its dates, people and money. Itineraries are built day by day from your own catalogue of hotels, transfers and excursions. Supplier costs, customer and supplier invoices, payments and margin are tracked on the booking, in the customer's currency and yours, with a link to Xero. Travellers get a portal carrying your name, not ours, with their itinerary, documents and payments. Mail is sent from your own mailbox and kept with the booking. AI tools read supplier documents, draft replies and answer from your own knowledge base, running only on providers approved for UK and EU data. One plan, priced per seat, with every feature included. We set up your organisation for you, and you get 30 days to try it with no card.
