Totalsoft Garage Manager Reviews & Product Details

Totalsoft Garage Manager is cloud-based garage management software built for UK independent garages, MOT test centres and commercial vehicle workshops. Run the whole workshop from one place: book work into the diary, assign bays and technicians, and follow every job from check-in to invoice. Vehicle details and MOT expiry dates come from official DVLA and DVSA records, so reminders are based on real dates. MOT and service reminders go out automatically by SMS and email, and commercial vehicles can have their own PMI, tachograph, LOLER and taxi inspection schedules, with reminders to the fleet's transport manager. Invoicing follows UK VAT rules (pro formas, numbered invoices, credit notes, MOT fees without VAT) and syncs to Xero. Technicians clock in and out and update job cards from a phone or tablet. Higher plans add 24/7 online booking and a garage website built for you. Plans start at £49 a month with no long-term contract, and there's a 7-day free trial with no card needed.
