The time-stamped comments allow me to know precisely which part of the lesson my coach is talking about, which makes for a more targeted discussion. **What do you dislike about Torsh Talent?** The comments do not play right below the video like YouTube where I switch between the two. This interferes with the process of evaluating my performance as a teacher and associating the criticism with certain areas of the classroom session. **What problems is Torsh Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Torsh Talent helps me address the points that relate to the receipt of residual feedback regarding my teaching practice. I love explicitly being able to write comments on certain time stamps within the video. **What do you dislike about Torsh Talent?** I dislike that sometimes it takes a while for the video to upload. I usually upload a video from another application but should try to just record using Torsh Talents platform. **What problems is Torsh Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?** You're able to reflect upon your teaching daily, which is not always possible with administration observation schedules. Also tagging co-workers for viewing feels awkward as well. **What problems is Torsh Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows for observations of teaching from across multiple sectors. Torsh has a simple dashboard that allows users to easily view their uploaded content. One of the best features of Torsh is the ability to create time-stamped comments. After someone writes a comment, you can watch the uploaded video, and the comments will appear at the time stamped mark. This allows for specific targeted feedback that pertains to a specific moment of the video. When multiple users provide time-stamped feedback, the time-stamp markers appear as different colors, so you can easily see who provided the feedback. Another great feature of Torsh Talent is the ability to attach documents to videos. My manager often requires lesson plans to accompany videos, and Torsh makes uploading supporting documents easy. There are also additional text boxes below the videos to allow users to write anything else they would like to add. Also, Torsh has a built-in edTPA tab that allows users to upload videos that pertain to the edTPA videos. This is helpful to those working towards their edTPA requirements. **What do you dislike about Torsh Talent?** Torsh can be a bit confusing when uploading videos to shared folders. My principal accidentally changed the permissions on a shared folder which then allowed all the uploaded videos within that folder to be viewed by anyone within my organization. These videos were not meant to be viewed by everyone. It can also be a bit confusing to get to the "self-assessment - video" option. Some people within my organization had difficulty finding the "self-assessment" button. **Recommendations to others considering Torsh Talent:** Use Torsh if you would like to easily share and comment on videos. **What problems is Torsh Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Torsh Talent allows users to easily share and comment on videos.
