For daily use cases, I can use some questions that I found to create a strong content structure. In the research stage, I really like Topic Model. We get customer insights instantly. I'm loving TopicMojo. It queries many sources and aggregates the results in a single dashboard, with links back to the source. You can also drill down into the results by keyword, source, intent, and more. Results can be exported in CSV format.

Some of the results that it finds from forums are pretty old and outdated (I was getting results from 2011). This became a bit of a distraction and sidetracked me for a while as I found it quite interesting reading through old forum posts.
