I can't tell you how many hours I've wasted looking for a specific topic when all the answers were in the Topic Mojo Model tab.

Such a fantastic service. The first time I used it, I searched for a keyword and got this massive list of videos made by competitors that I'd never seen on YouTube. Also found competition data on Instagram, linked in, and other sites. I also found questions people have asked on a very narrow keyword. It showed me the searcher's intent in the Questions Asked tab, so you know how to use the results. I love Topic Mojo!

Instagram scraping is a great way to find niche-specific keywords. Answer the public is too expensive for me; Topicmojo is more affordable. TopicMojo brings topical content research into one place. Purchased it to complement content writing that was useful to our audience. Covers a few dozen platforms making it easy to find the inspiration you need to talk in the words of your customers and also deliver. I used to use other sites like Alsoasked and Topicalrelevance (also great sites) but this delivers everything in one place. Given that successful SEO requires delivering better experiences for readers based on on intent, bringing everything together really saves a lot of time.

The framing of the software is that it helps you to "write for the users and not for search engines." TopicMojo delivers. There are some features that I would have expected to get more results on but given the volume of data you're getting it provides more than enough to be very useful and to save time. The service is evolving quickly - they recently added a bunch of platforms and it will be really helpful to also provide quick tutorials on how others add this to their content development workflow. I dislike that I also have to pay a bit more for current search result data but I also understand why. I accidentally overpaid for this (I missed the UI/UX for this but customer support was fantastic in refunding the difference).

What attracted me initially was the fact that it seemed comparable to AnswerThePublic. The ‘wheel of words’ looked inspiring. However, it has so much more functionality that I don’t really use the ‘wheel of words’ that much anymore because the other data it gives me is more useful. They have even redesigned the ‘wheel’ to be a more traditional tree, which increases readability and functionality so much. Now, with data from leading newspapers etc, it is even more useful. Apparently, there’s more features coming soon – it just makes me wonder what else can be crammed in, because it seems pretty comprehensive already. The benefits that I see are the ability to perform broad market/topic/keyword research to find adjacent and related areas of interest. Plus, the incorporation of the latest data from leading international news agencies ensures that the results are weighted to more strongly reflect today’s reality. I’ve found the UI to be a little clunky and not compact enough, especially when dealing with so many results and so much data. There are definitely possibilities for improvements in the UI. What converted me was that it not only pulls from the usual SERP and sites like Quora and Reddit for questions people ask. It pulls from other sources as well, like Youtube, Twitter, and even Tiktok in recent updates. It seems the developers are looking to add more in the future. The updates so far have been great. What I am still reluctant to get is the SEO addon since I don't want to pay monthly. But for my use case, that part isn't even necessary (and I have other tools that do that). This is hands down the best topic research app I've used. I was looking for a solution to help me find content ideas, answer questions for my readers and find out what's trending on other platforms to get an edge on my competitors. With Topic Mojo I get all this information in one place with the added bonus of being able to do it in seconds. Best of all, everything is laid out perfectly. You can access almost all of the information related to your topic on a single page and it’s truly a treasure trove of insight. From Google Trends and recent search volume to the most recent tweets and Instagram, Pinterest and Medium posts, etc. this tool truly gives you everything you need to know. It even provides insight on local interest down to the state sub-region as well as related topics with percentage overlap. And this isn’t even touching on the questions module which is basically answer the public on steroids. This module gathers questions related to your topic from Reddit, Quora and Google and put them all into a super easy to digest list. I really love this app. The UI is so clean and I personally love the colour scheme they used. I love the latest presentation for the tree diagram, much better than ATP and AlsoAsked in my opinion and much easier to read. It's by far the best alternative to Answer The Public and AlsoAsked, but with more data sources, even from e-commerce and social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Ebay, forums, etc. So much data! I would prefer to have the topic model and question finder on the same page. That way I would not have to switch between tabs/pages. But I have heard that this will change soon as they are currently working on it. Also, some areas of the UI still needs to be fixed, eg. unnecessarily big black spaces. I'm a long time user of answer the public, but their paid plans have become more and more expensive. And here comes topicmojo does the same job and is more affordable. You can create topic models and get results from 20+ platforms which is amazing. When you search for questions you get search volume and results from google, reddit and quora.
