"Best solution for tokenization"

What do you like best about IXOPAY?

Our company likes TokenEx because they provide a secure payment iframe and transparent gateway, which allows us to reduce our PCI scope because our system never touches the card data. The tokens are not tied to a proprietary gateway so the tokens can be easily used across gateways and when switching gateways. The per-token cost is lower than other token providers. What do you like best about IXOPAY?

We had and have a great experience with TokenEx! The first initial contact and communication was clear and very conductive. We are pleased with the service and the cost. Most of all we have a peace of mind knowing that our customer's data is secure and accessible. We love the API that we use to automate some of our online tools to speed our productivity. What do you like best about IXOPAY?

What do you dislike about IXOPAY?

Reporting capabilities on the website. It is not possible to generate specific reports for our end customers like a monthly report as well as we don't see the usage history past 30 days. What problems is IXOPAY solving and how is that benefiting you?

The business requirement was to exchange secure information like credit card numbers or social secure numbers through a PCI compliant interface without storing data (best case) in our environment. This is why we realized this solution for our chat exchanging the data from the website (customer) to the agent. What do you like best about IXOPAY?

I've done multiple integrations with TokenEx for PCI and PII and have had nothing but a great experience with their technical and non-technical support. They are always spot-on and have a great non-production region for you to test in. Great service! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IXOPAY?
