Accounting, payments, and treasury run on one auditable ledger, across both crypto and fiat. Connect wallets, exchanges, and bank accounts, and Tokenbooks ingests every transaction, resolves fair market value, tracks cost basis, drafts journal entries, runs payments, and produces close-ready reports. Most teams stitch this together from a sub-ledger, a payments tool, and spreadsheets. Tokenbooks replaces the patchwork with one workflow, from raw on-chain and bank activity through review, payment, and reporting. You can also drive the whole system from an AI agent. Being able to bring them into one portfolio is important because we need a group-level view, not a separate set of books for every wallet. The accounting workflow gives us a lot of flexibility. We have several dimensions available when mapping transactions, can define our own accounting rules, and can make manual adjustments when needed. We can also prepare reports inside the product instead of exporting journal entries and rebuilding everything in Excel. Tokenbooks also connects accounting with the operational side of finance. We can set approver roles and approval policies for payment requests, and maintain counterparties separately from wallet addresses. This is useful when one counterparty uses several wallets or does not use crypto at all. **What do you dislike about Tokenbooks?** there is no freeform report builder for report customisation **What problems is Tokenbooks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tokenbooks gives us one place for accounting, reporting, counterparties, and payment approvals across multiple wallets and entities. It reduces the work happening in spreadsheets and separate approval tools, while giving us more control over how transactions are classified, reviewed, and adjusted. I mainly use their payment request feature for some of the consultancy work I do. It's allowed me to meet the invoicing requirements that exist in traditional finance, while specifying the details that allow me to collect payments in stablecoins. The pricing is very digestible for the value you're getting. It integrates nicely to all of my accounts where I currently hold both fiat and crypto. And being able to see everything in one place is a game-changer for my personal accounting. The experience is clean and fast, which I appreciate as well. And whenever a question come up, their team is quite prompt to answer. They do make self-serve support easy though through good use of AI. They do seem to be AI-forward, which makes me excited about the future features I could use! **What do you dislike about Tokenbooks?** The way the workspaces are being displayed when you have multiple.
