The most helpful part has been the communication and support throughout the selection process. Another big upside is the bonuses I’ve received as a highlighted member.

Sometimes it would be really helpful to see a bit more information about potential clients or the company when applying for a role.

It’s very important not only to be able to speak good English, but to have a professional level, since it’s needed in all instances. I’d also suggest adding extra abilities and skills beyond your previous roles, because that can help recruiters find more specific roles for you. And have patience and resilience during the selection process

**What problems is TLNT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TLNT is solving the challenge of finding quality job opportunities that truly match my skills and career goals. Beyond the job search itself, they also handle all the administrative side which takes a huge weight off my shoulders and lets me focus on what I do best professionally.

The quality of the match. TLNT didn't just send my profile to any open role, they found a position that aligned with my actual expertise in Meta Ads, paid media, and e-commerce growth. The communication throughout the process was clear and fast, and I felt like they genuinely understood my professional profile and what I was looking for.

**What do you dislike about TLNT?**

Not much to complain about. If anything, I'd love to see more visibility into the pipeline status during the process, knowing where you stand at each stage would reduce uncertainty for candidates. But overall it was a smooth experience.

As a marketing professional based in Latin America, finding remote positions with international companies that truly match my seniority level and skill set is a real challenge. TLNT solved that problem by connecting me with Ebrands for a Growth Marketing Manager role that was an excellent fit for my background in performance marketing and DTC e-commerce. The process was straightforward and they clearly understood what both sides were looking for.

**What do you like best about TLNT?**

I like the speed in the TLNT process, their good salaries, and how easy it is to be hired. Additionally, I value the extra benefits to the salary, such as the gym and health, and the timely manner in which they make payments. The fact that TLNT does a good job in finding the best talents is also something I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about TLNT?**

What they will hear when they terminate the employee's contract, since some companies use employees' services to extract information, have them make strategic plans, and then fire them by lying, saying that the employee did not meet expectations or was not what they expected. But this magically happens after the global strategic plan is delivered, and TLNT believes those companies and not the employees who were unjustly dismissed.

**What problems is TLNT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TLNT connected me with job openings in the USA quickly, offers good salaries, it's easy to get hired, and provides extra benefits like gym and health. However, they should listen more to employees in cases of unfair dismissal.

I would go for continuing to expand the international transfer options... considering possible different currencies, not just USD.

I find the connection between employees and job applications, along with feedback and responses, valuable as it helps me stay notified and listened to. The quick responses and the amount of available positions also encourage me to continue using TLNT.

I have applied for several positions but have not yet been able to meet with new employers. I would like more notifications to stay in line with the applications sent, particularly updates on where the employer is at the moment, like stages such as application received, under review, or interview scheduled.

TLNT helps me connect with real employers and keeps me notified throughout the HR process, although I haven't yet secured meetings with new employers.

**What do you like best about TLNT?**

I like how they make the hiring process simple its like we had our own full time Hiring team right into the business, communication was excellent with the staff and they really take the time to understand what your business is looking for. I had hired teams in Philippines and Europe but LATAM being on the same time zone is a game changer I will never go back! TLNT also offers what they call a Happy Hire guarantee which takes the stress out of worrying about making the wrong hire especially if you have never hired nearshore before.

**What do you dislike about TLNT?**

What I would say I like least is you as the client need to know what your looking for in your Job description. Which makes sense they dont write the JDs for you but will help you refine and make adjustments as needed.

**Recommendations to others considering TLNT:**

If you are in SaaS or AI or any industry where you have remote work partnering with TLNT to build out your LATAM/Mexico team will not only save you so much cash but you will not sacrifice talent quality at all. TLNT only brings in MBA level candidates to you that are highly vetted. instead of looking at 100 resumes they send you 4-5 that are highly qualified and have already been screened by the TLNT team on behalf of your business. No brainer.

**What problems is TLNT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I was running my software company we needed Strong Full Stack developers quickly. Being able to use TLNT as our hiring partner in LATAM/Mexico they were able to source and vet high quality candidates for me to interview and we eventually ended up hirreing not one but two developers because the talent was so strong and the price was very affordable for our size of company. TLNT handled everything all I had to do was select from who they sent and conduct interviews.
