**What do you like best about Tixr?**

I love that TIXR helps us ticket events across various types of venues and events, from small GA Clubs to mid-size seated theaters, to mixed GA/Seated rooms, and outdoor shows and festivals, TIXR can do it all within the same system. The tech is great, but the people behind it are even better. We are listened to, our feedback is valued, and we get the support we need, when we need it, always with great care. The platform's software and hardware are consistent, robust, and reliable. I can't ask for much else.

**What do you dislike about Tixr?**

Tixr has a lot to offer, so that means a lot of information, small font, and a lot to remember. Once you learn the system and figure out how to zoom in where needed, it's all minor stuff.

**What problems is Tixr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Again, the varied needs for our ticketing across all venues are met, all within one great platform.

**What do you like best about Tixr?**

What I like most about Tixr is how flexible it is for creating different ticket packages, promotions, and upgrades, while still keeping the buying experience simple, smooth, and easy for fans.

**What do you dislike about Tixr?**

We’ve had some growing pains with reporting, but overall the platform continues to improve, and the team is receptive to feedback. We’d also like to have a customer service line for immediate needs, especially during event weekends; however, during the week they’re usually pretty quick to respond.

**What problems is Tixr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tixr has helped simplify ticket sales for our large events by making it easier to manage inventory, promotions, and upgrades. The quick-selling options for our general admission events have also helped move lines through faster and get people in quickly. Being able to use mobile phones or tablets to jump in and assist with sales or scanning has been a big benefit, since it keeps our reps mobile when we need extra hands. It has also improved our renewal process by letting us use reservations and move away from deposits.

**What do you like best about Tixr?**

Since partnering with Tixr, we've been incredibly impressed with both the platform and the team behind it. The transition was smooth, and their responsiveness throughout the process gave us confidence every step of the way. Tixr operates like an extension of our organization, bringing new ideas, solving challenges proactively, and remaining committed to our long-term success. We're excited about what's ahead and view Tixr as a strategic partner that is helping us elevate both our fan experience and ticketing operations.

**What do you dislike about Tixr?**

Transitioning to a new ticketing platform required some internal training and fan education. While there was an initial adjustment period, Tixr worked closely with our team to ensure a successful rollout.

**What problems is Tixr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tixr has elevated our ticketing experience through a dedicated event webpage, an easy-to-use fan app, and a team that is highly responsive to our needs. Their innovative approach has improved the fan purchasing journey and provided the flexibility to support our continued growth.

**What do you like best about Tixr?**

Tixr provides exceptional client support and is incredibly intuitive to learn and use on the backend. On the customer side, the checkout experience is seamless and user-friendly, which helps drive higher conversion rates. The platform is also highly reliable and scalable, consistently handling high-volume on-sales without performance issues.

**What do you dislike about Tixr?**

An improvement I’d love to see is a more seamless integration with Laylo, where customer phone numbers automatically sync and are properly segmented within our SMS platform. This would streamline audience capture and improve our ability to market to ticket buyers in real time.

Additionally, it would be incredibly helpful to have the ability to edit multiple ticket tier on-sale times at once, which would significantly improve efficiency when managing complex onsales.

**What problems is Tixr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tixr is solving the limitations of traditional ticketing platforms by acting as a full live event operating system, not just a place to sell tickets. It centralizes ticketing, customer data, and marketing tools into one platform.

**What do you like best about Tixr?**

I appreciate how Tixr enhances the experience for both our customers and ourselves by offering new features that were previously unavailable at our venue. I like how it clearly displays information to customers using the site, along with the backend reporting capabilities. The Tixr team's responsiveness is a standout for me. I enjoy using the heat maps and the ability to manage each event date with just a click. Tixr's scalability, customer-focused features, and the visual/UX experience for guests are all aspects I value. Their onsite presence during the initial setup and continued responsiveness to our needs, questions, and issues have also been greatly appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Tixr?**

None at this time.

**What problems is Tixr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tixr enhances our customer experience and allows us to sell and use new venue features we couldn’t before.

**What do you like best about Tixr?**

I appreciate how responsive Tixr's support team is to troubleshooting or issues we encounter. They're receptive to feedback and help us find workarounds to tailor the system to our specific needs, which makes them a great partner. I also like that Tixr helps with creating custom and automated reporting that updates in Google Sheets, which is very convenient.

**What do you dislike about Tixr?**

We would love to see a mass update function to help when making changes to a large number of settings or tickets.

**What problems is Tixr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tixr helps us manage multiple ticket types and customize seating layouts. Their support team is responsive, providing workarounds and resolving urgent issues. Tixr also creates custom and automated reporting in Google Sheets.
