"Very Helpful for Handling Records, Reports, and Shared Files"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TitanFile?

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. What I like most about TitanFile is that it makes sharing and managing documents simple. I can keep nutrition records, wellness reports, program documents, and educational materials organized in one place. Uploading, storing, and finding files is easy. I also like that documents can be shared securely when needed, which is useful when working with reports, records, and other important files. The platform helps keep information better organized and easier to access later. Performance has been smooth during regular use. Files upload quickly, folders open without delays, and managing documents is straightforward. The setup was simple, and I was comfortable using it in a short time.

Another useful thing is that sharing documents with others feels easy and familiar, similar to sending an email, but with better control over files. This helps when documents need to be exchanged in a more secure way. The number of features feels well balanced. Secure file sharing, document organization, collaboration tools, and file management features all support day-to-day work without making the platform complicated. I use it regularly for handling records, reports, educational resources, and other work-related documents. Overall, TitanFile helps keep documents organized, makes secure file sharing easier, and reduces the time spent managing files manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TitanFile?

I would like a little more flexibility in how files and folders are arranged for different projects. When managing nutrition records, reports, and program documents, I occasionally spend extra time organizing folders so everything stays easy to find later. I also find myself making small adjustments to the folder structure as more documents are added over time. The current organization works well, but I sometimes need a few extra steps to arrange files exactly the way I want. As the number of documents grows, I pay more attention to folder management to keep everything structured and easy to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, Reliable Large-File Sharing with Easy Client Access and DocuSign Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TitanFile?

I love this platform for the secure environment it provides while sending critical files. It ensures the security and accountability of the file. The audit trails capability of this platform is commendable. Other than this I love this platform for its capacity to send large files which are technically impossible to send in common emails. Many files can also be sent at once to many individual which boost the usability of this platform. The collaboration can also be done in this platform very efficiently both for clients and teams. One of the best feature I love about this platform is its ability for client to access the secure file with less hassle. Frankly the performance of this platform is reliable and the onboarding of this platform was easy too. I also love the report stats available in this platform which allows us to see the movement of file and management of users. The presentation and layout of this platform is soothing and comfortable for users. The pricing of this platform is moderate considering the capabilities of this platform. The ability of this platform to integrate with DocuSign enhances the usability of this platform and enhances the security of loan documents signing process online. The compliance of this platform is reliable. The support system of this platform is also good which I felt is worth mentioning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TitanFile?

I love most part of this platform but I wish that there were more features like document editing and managing tools. I wish that there was more integration options available. Other than this I also wish that this platform had an AI assistant that could assist in searching files and some automation tools that fits the purpose would be great. I also wish that there were more integration tools to boost the robustness of this platform. I also wish the the android mobile version was equally good as its web platform. "Titanfile’s User-Friendly Interface and Responsive Support"
4/5
What do you like best about TitanFile?

I really like that Titanfile is user friendly and has a clear interface. I assisted in the rollout for the office, and it was easy to teach to others. Whenever I have issues, I reach out to the Titanfile support, and they've been very responsive and helpful. I never hesitate to reach out and always tell others to do so too. What do you dislike about TitanFile?

After using it for some time, we noticed there have been some pauses or certain formats that cannot be uploaded. Also, with large disclosure (10GB or more) it takes much longer to load and there will be some files that fail. Unfortunately, we've had to redirect to other methods of sending out material because Titanfile did not work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure and Efficient Document Management, But Needs Bulk Tools"
3.5/5
What do you like best about TitanFile?

My top favorite feature of TitanFile is its end-to-end encrypted file sharing designed specifically for confidential HR personnel records. Unlike ordinary cloud storage with unrestricted public sharing, I can create secured access links with custom expiry timelines and designated user permissions. When sending adjunct instructors’ salary adjustment documents to our payroll team each pay cycle, I set link validity to one work week and limit access exclusively to approved staff emails, effectively avoiding accidental leaks of sensitive employee personal information and meeting US higher ed data compliance standards. I also value its flexible, employee-centric folder framework. I build standalone folders for full-time faculty, part-time adjuncts and temporary student workers separately, with subfolders sorted by onboarding forms, leave paperwork and benefit documents. This arrangement lets me pull complete personnel files quickly whenever the compliance team conducts institutional audits. Additionally, the detailed activity log stands out greatly. It automatically logs every file view, download and modification with precise timestamps. These trail records help us finish required audit paperwork smoothly during annual internal reviews. All these practical perks make daily HR document management far more secure and organized for our small higher-ed HR team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TitanFile?

The bulk file management tools are underdeveloped. I have to create dozens of individual employee folders one by one because TitanFile doesn’t support bulk folder creation or bulk file tagging. It's time-consuming during peak hiring seasons. I'd like to see native customizable document template storage. Currently, I store blank master templates on my local desktop and upload them manually into each new employee’s folder, which is repetitive. Adding custom metadata tagging for employee records would be helpful. Right now, there's no way to tag files by employment type, making compliance audits more tedious. "Fast, Secure Document Uploads with Helpful Tutorials & Quick to Complete Tasks"
5/5
What do you like best about TitanFile?

Very easy to upload documents and get them sent in half the time. It's helped with large file handling where the information must remain private and secure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TitanFile?

So far, not much. We've not run into any issues, and the tutorials were helpful in learning more. The only thing I'm hoping for is a future integration with Gmail as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, Easy File Sharing That Streamlines Client Collaboration"
4/5
What do you like best about TitanFile?

What I like best about TitanFile is its strong focus on security combined with ease of use. The platform makes it simple to share confidential files with clients while maintaining strict access controls, encryption, and audit trails. Features like secure client portals, email notifications, and permission management streamline collaboration and reduce back‑and‑forth. It has improved our workflow by making file exchanges faster, more reliable, and compliant without adding complexity for users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TitanFile?

While TitanFile is reliable and secure, some parts of the user interface feel slightly outdated and could be more intuitive. Navigating between files, folders, and user permissions can take extra clicks, which slows down efficiency for frequent use. Additionally, file uploads and downloads can occasionally feel slower for larger files. Enhancing UI responsiveness and simplifying navigation would significantly improve the overall user experience. "Seamless and Secure Document Exchange"
5/5
What do you like best about TitanFile?

I love using TitanFile for its security and ease of use. We work with many clients who may not be the most tech-savvy, and they find it as easy to use as email, which is great. Over the two years, I've never had any issues and it has been extremely secure. It was probably one of the easiest software setups we've had for our business, and I've managed it effortlessly with no need for support. Our clients can pick it up quickly, and the process of transitioning from email to TitanFile for document exchange was seamless. I also appreciate how we can create links in emails for document uploads without needing personal information, which is very useful for our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TitanFile?

I think on the document exchange, TitanFile is pretty solid, but I think the next frontier for the TitanFile software is to improve over time the file management system. It can get a little confusing with clients who we share a ton of documents with. I would like to see things added to the app such as being able to handle document destruction. For example, if I upload a tax return to a client, I might want to put an automatic destruction date in, say, six months, so that after six months, TitanFile destroys the document. That's probably one area I'd like to see some improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"TitanFile: Simple as Email, Top-Tier Security, and Seamless Global Sharing"
5/5
What do you like best about TitanFile?

We were very early adopters of TitanFile and have used it for our HIPAA-related materials. It’s as simple to use as email, but with top-of-the-line security features. The unlimited storage has allowed us to communicate seamlessly with our medical partners across the globe. Overall, TitanFile has been a great partner for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TitanFile?

The search function can be a bit buggy when I’m working with older files. That said, the product team is very responsive and seems to be constantly improving the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Security, Encrypted Sharing, and an Intuitive Interface"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TitanFile?

The best thing about this platform is its strong security and compliance. This platform is specifically built for sharing files with privacy and handling sensitive documents. I also like how, really, encrypted communication channels work and their ability to share large files without compromising data security. Their interface is also clean and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TitanFile?

This platform is more focused on security than flexibility, and hence, it feels limited when compared with the other broader sharing tools. Some of the integrations with other systems, such as CRMs or workflow tools, should be improved. And also, new users may take some time to understand how secure the messaging and file-sharing structure works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, User-Friendly, Perfect for Startups"
5/5
What do you like best about TitanFile?

I like how user-friendly TitanFile is and how secure the site feels, especially with its HIPAA compliance and other certifications, which are very important for us as an insurance brokerage. I also appreciate being kept informed about which documents have and haven’t been uploaded. Additionally, it’s great that welcome calls have been scheduled. Overall, the initial setup of TitanFile was very easy and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TitanFile?

What doesn't work as well for us is having the landing page for the link we send out. There are some fields we'd love to have on that page, like the referring agents and some valuable contact information as far as who uploaded the documents. We have to spend extra money to have the landing page customized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
