"An email system worth while"
5/5
What do you like best about Titan?

Titan is an excellent email client that provides a smooth and intuitive user interface. Its UI/UX is top-notch, making the app feel natural and easy to use. The app is loaded with features that make it stand out from other email clients, such as read receipts, signatures, email tracking, smart filters, email composer, and follow-up reminders.

One of the most significant advantages of using Titan is its ability to track emails, allowing you to see if and when their emails have been opened. This feature is particularly helpful for business users who need to know if their emails are being read by potential customers or clients.

The email composer is also quite impressive, making it easy to compose professional-looking emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan?

"All the basics a small business needs at an amazing price."
5/5
What do you like best about Titan?

Things we really like having include read receipts, user-friendly calendar with multiple categories (and those colored labels are fabulous), settings are simple to figure out and configure. The rules which automatically send emails to certain folders make managing all the incoming emails we get easier to manage. The overall layout was really thought out and I appreciate how simple it is to find everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan?

I wish notifications of calendar events had more capabilities. Right now, it's either no notification or double notifications. Setting a notification for 10 mins before an event means you'll get 1 notification 10 mins before and 1 at the time of event. But if you don't set a reminder, you get none. I'd love to see the option to set the exact notifications I receive so I don't get duplicates when I don't want duplicates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Review of my experience with Titan"
5/5
What do you like best about Titan?

A personalized email gives our company an instant sense of credibility and portrays the image that we are well-established in our industry. Customers tend to seek legitimacy before agreeing to work with a company. Whether trusting them to complete a service, care for their health, provide a product or advise them, they need to see that the company is trustworthy. In a recent consumer survey, over 65% of people would choose a company with a branded email address over a free one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan?

Fetching older emails from your cell phone is still difficult, although the mobile app already has good settings. The overall experience would also be better if there were more customization options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Titan?

Security: One of the standout features of Titan Mail is its security. It uses end-to-end encryption to protect your emails and attachments from unauthorized access. This ensures that your data remains secure and private, even if it falls into the wrong hands.

Ease of use: Another thing that users love about Titan Mail is its easy use. The user interface is intuitive and straightforward, making navigating and finding what you need easy. Plus, it's fully customizable, so you can set it up to work how you want.

Collaboration tools: Titan Mail offers a suite of collaboration tools that make it easy to work with others. You can share files, calendars, and contacts with colleagues and even set up group discussions for real-time collaboration.

Storage space: Titan Mail offers a generous amount of storage space for your emails and attachments, so you don't have to worry about running out of reach. Plus, searching and finding what you need is easy, even if you have many emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan?

Cost: One potential disadvantage of Titan Mail is that it can be more expensive than other email providers. While it offers robust features and functionality, you'll need to pay for a subscription to access them.

Learning curve: Another potential downside of Titan Mail is that it may take time to use it effectively. While the user interface is intuitive, many advanced features may take time.

Limited integration options: Titan Mail may not integrate as seamlessly with other tools and services as some other email providers. This may be an issue if you rely on other apps or tools for your work.

Reliance on internet connectivity: Titan Mail relies on a stable internet connection to function correctly, like any cloud-based service. If your internet connection is slow or unreliable, you may experience issues using the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although I had no challenges configuring the IMAP and forwarding my Titan email to Gmail, my coworker had a significant challenge, and I had to spend hours on the problem, which turned out to be a backend issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable and easy to use email platform that works across all my devices."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Titan?

User-friendliness of the interface. No lost email trails, and the notification system on both mobile and PC is effective. The discreet read notice is excellent and lets me know who is engaged. This is very useful when you use Titan on email campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan?

Titan does not seem to have a function for creating rules for incoming emails. I.e., auto-filing of emails, etc. If it does, this feature is not clearly articulated. Also, Titan on mobile does not auto-download email content, just the header. This is not useful. I need to be able to read email and reply, especially while traveling by plane with flight mode enabled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
