Nothing! The only thing is once you taste the predictive solutions, you always want more. Thankfully the team at Tinyclues is always thriving to improve their offerings and keeps you fed with innovative and high-performing tools.

**What do you like best about Tinyclues?**

Tinyclues makes it possible to target customers who are interested in a very specific product. If we would base those selections on historical booking data, our selections would always be a lot smaller.

**What do you dislike about Tinyclues?**

Offer types need to be created before they can be used, it is not something that goes automatically based on the variables that are delivered. We have already a lot of offer types available, but if we need an extra one, the question is almost always urgent as our campaign planning is very volatile based on the market circumstances.

**What problems is Tinyclues solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to target customers for a very specific product and we are able to customize content based on the interests of the customer. Tinyclues has made it possible to send more campaigns every week. Thanks to fatigue management we are also able to manage the contact pressure in order to keep our deliverability at a good level.

Tool really easy to use, no need a long moment to be 100% independant on the plateform.
CSM team is really present, and always here for any question or support.
Really good results for our 2 months collaboration. Waiting for some more results to be fully sure.

The predictive pattern based on customers' behavior : it offers a complementary solution to increase our sales while not saturating our database.
The implementation of the data flows between my company and Tinyclues was fluid.
I particularly appreciate the availability, the insights and skills of their staff (Customer Success Managers, Data Scientists...).

**What do you dislike about Tinyclues?**

It's not easy to evaluate our sales growth in a very accurate way, but that can be partially explained by the complexity of our own performance evaluation in terms of metrics.
Anyway, if there are few differences in the numbers, the trends match.

A undisputable achievement : Tinyclues helps us increase our sales while not saturating our database, by the means of additional and more accurately targeted campaigns.

Easy to use. You can create very smart targeting by brands, product, or category. This tool help us to target the right customer at the right time.

We cannot automatize targeting and send it to our Campaign manager. Few reporting available on the platform.

**What problems is Tinyclues solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since we use tinyclues we have increased the number of campaign send to our customers. 
We spend less time to find the right target. It permit us to increase the number of campaign and decrease the average number of contacts targeted by newsletters. Thanks to this tool are campaign are more efficient and we have observed it in term of turnover. We also use it for pressure management.

**What do you like best about Tinyclues?**

The possibility to use the Audience mapper and Effiency map in order to build our planning and choose our campaign thematic. 
The ease of use of the platform, very intuitive

**What do you dislike about Tinyclues?**

When we don't manage our campaign plan correctly (when two campaigns are too similar for exemple), it would be helpful to have some "signals" like red crosses for exemple (easily visible and understandable).

TinyClues help us to segment our target and send more specific campaigns to more appetent and qualified individuals. 
We continue to do full base campaigns but for big commercial operation but we use TinyClues to communicate on all our product catalog.

Availability to access our data and deep dive our customer knowledge. Plus, the facilicity to select some criteria to target with the most of precision as possible as.

Some notion are not easy when we are new user of this platform. 
And maybe, improve time to calculation - but nothing are blocker to use it.

From my point of view, it's necessary to have some skill to understand all features of this tool to fully exploit it.

Main benefit is that we can communicate on every customer with the right product / product category and in same time monitor the marketing pressure on them.
It's import for us to show to our customer what we have on our platform. And with TinyClues it's possible to do that.

Really nice team. Great support. Very proffessional and structured.
Tool is easy to use and has got nice features. They keep on improving it, too.
Very good average performance of our emails when targeting was done with tinyclues. Improvement of all KPIs.

**What do you like best about Tinyclues?**

The most helpful aspect of Tinyclues is the audience and efficiency mapper that have allowed us to proactively find product areas that have customers with propensity to purchase. Without these tools, we would not have the insight to create tailored campaigns that compliment larger brand messages and ultimately help improve engagement and revenue metrics.

**What do you dislike about Tinyclues?**

From a tool standpoint, Tinyclues is incredibly helpful to the point our team uses it on a weekly basis to plan for campaigns. The only downside is the duration it takes for campaigns to process in the tool. It does not inhibit our plans, but it does result in allowing more time to input campaigns.

We largely use Tinyclues as a way to find more revenue opportunities without our database. We have been able to highlight new topics that we might not have focused on without the help of Tinyclues. This has allowed for new strategic and creative approaches.

The team is always ready and available to help me find new ways to optimize usage. Will go out of their way to help with industry best practices (especially during covid times) as well as the tool itself that really allows us to see how our database behaves.

Unfortunately because of everything that's happened it's hard to be super sure about the effectiveness of measuring client behavior, nonetheless the team really tries to find ways around any uncertainty.

The plateforme is  easy to use.
Our feedbacks as clients are really appreciated and new features are regularly added based on these feedbacks.

Nothing. Quite complicated the first time to know how many people shoot with TC and integrate it in Salesforce bu now with experience and a connector it's easier.

Segmentation & targeting ! We have a lots of datas on our clients & prospects but we were not able to use them correctly to target the right people with the right content + it asks us a lots of time. Now we create a coherent target in a couple of minutes !

Thanks to tinyclues, we can easily vary our communications  only interested custommers by targeting with the products
We create more emails than before but we manage it best

**What do you dislike about Tinyclues?**

It's logical but when we promote new products on our website, we have to wait a couple of days /weeks. 
Tinyclues needs a consequent amont of sells/visits on those new products to permit a relevent targeting.
So we don't use tinyclues on new products. We have to wait a little

Before using tinyclues, our result were already correct so we were  a bit puzzled about using it.
So we manage a large period of tests before acting its use definitively  (tinyclues vs no tinyclues).
I think that périod is important, we are now fully convinced of its efficiency.

With Tinyclues we increased our performances without overusing, that was the main point to us

Lots of criteria used for Targeting.

Time for calculation. 
Some notions are not that easy to understand on the plateform for new users.

Very user-friendly platform and dedicated team. Workshops, calls, webinars...Tiny Clues is always trying to go the extra mile to keep their clients updated and entertained! Special thanks to the proactivity of CSMs and tech ppl, who are proactive and available 7/7 !

I would need more time or resources to use TC to the fullest!
