Woof Reviews & Product Details

Woof is grooming software built with working groomers, for one job: more grooms in your week and fewer hours at the desk. A full calendar. Clients book online at any hour from your own booking link, with no app to download and no password. Prices come from a matrix you fill once by size and coat, add-ons carry their own price and their own minutes, and each groomer works on Fixed Spots or a Flexible Calendar. When someone cancels, the slot is offered to your waitlist on its own. Fewer hours at the desk. Reminders go out by text and email with a one-tap confirm link. Your client portal answers the questions you have already answered once, in your words. Woof Assistant answers how-to questions and takes you to the right page as you work. Staff shifts, the time clock and payroll-ready hours live in the same place. Clients who come back. Send a photo report card at checkout that clients love to share, set the next visit before they leave, and ask for a review while the dog still looks great. Nobody is gated: low ratings come to you privately, good ones go public. Know your numbers. Revenue, groomer productivity, no-shows and reviews in one set of reports, and one file a month for your bookkeeper. Unlimited groomers on the Salon plan, with no per-groomer fees. Every reminder and confirmation your appointments send is included. Moving over is free: send us your client list and we import it for you. Free for 30 days, no credit card.
