## Timestripe Reviews
  ### 1. Efficient Time Management with Innovative Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 최 .

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

I find it is easy to move the task blocks, and the alarm notification helps remind me to do tasks on time. I also enjoy the many different features, like the 100 days challenge and seeing how many hours I have left until I die, which adds perspective. The fact that it automatically adds task blocks for certain times and lists things like drinking water and working out to stay healthy is really helpful for me. The initial setup was super easy too.

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

Sometimes moving blocks gets tricky. They duplicate themselves or move to a different time block. They just randomly move to a different time that I did not assign.

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Timestripe easy for managing tasks, with moveable task blocks and alarm notifications keeping me on schedule. The 100 days challenge and reminders like drinking water help maintain a healthy routine.

  ### 2. The horizon view is simply awesome for long term tracking.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew B. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

The feature that really sells it for me in TImestripe is the horizon feature. Being able to look at tasks from day, week, month, quarter, year and lifetime give me as a Director at a film production company the ability to think long term. Its really important to be able to prioritise effectively and this does just that.

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

I think there are a few gimmicks - they have built in templates to help you build habits and I find that generally none of these stick. The core focus should be around horizion and making as little friction to allowing people to get their tasks in. Habits should be for another software.

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to look ahead and long term is simply awesome. We can be planning stuff for Q4 Q 3, or next week and everyone can see it all together. It's the only product I've seen that actually can do this.

  ### 3. A Real long-term planning for life

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anton R. | Content manager, Banking, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

Before Timestripe, I tried several planning apps, but they all ended up as tools for procrastination and guilt. Timestripe changed that—its long-term planning and task-breaking features help me tackle big projects by splitting them into smaller steps, each with a realistic deadline.

The boards feature turned Timestripe into my life’s command center. I store notes, resources, links, and everything I need quick access to — all in one place.

The gamification is one of my favorite parts. Earning points, beating records, and logging in daily helped me build a solid planning habit over these nine months.

I also rely heavily on web access — it lets me open my planner on any device, anywhere.

And the iPhone app’s haptic feedback? It’s amazing!

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

I still haven't figured out how to use the Climbs tool effectively. While I see its potential, I find the interface difficult to navigate, the selection process cumbersome, and I can't quite grasp how to properly organize everything within this feature.

I'm also not using the Apple Watch app because it lacks a crucial function: watch face complication. Without this feature, the app simply isn't practical for wrist use.

Another pain point is the unclear storage limits. At some point, I stopped being able to attach documents, but I still haven't understood why this happened or how to fix it. The storage system needs to be more transparent.

Ald i really miss a proper deadline feature.

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timestripe helps me plan both personal and work-related projects in one place. I’ve become much better at turning vague goals into real, actionable steps. It’s also great to have all my notes, tasks, and goals in one central space — I don’t lose things anymore.

I can share my tasks with team and track progress

  ### 4. Get a holistic view of your plans

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhaskar P. | Technical consultant, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

One of Timestripe’s standout features is its “Horizon” view, which provides a clear overview not just of daily tasks but also of plans spanning months and even years and that at one place. This long-term perspective is something I needed which can get you out of your short-focused mindset and nudges you to think of your plans as months and years.

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

One of the most notable drawbacks is the lack of integrations with other popular calendar and productivity tools. While it offers some integration to push tasks to its own calendar, the absence of a two-way sync with widely used platforms is a limitation.

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timestripe helps align daily tasks with long-term goals by providing a flexible, time-based planning system (Horizons) that can be used to break down complex objectives into manageable steps. For me, it brings much-needed clarity to priorities, ensuring that I'm always working towards meaningful achievements instead of getting bogged down in routine tasks.

  ### 5. Planning with Purpose

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** HAWKINS I. | Product Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

Timestripe is a brilliant tool that helps me not only plan ahead but also reflect on what I’ve accomplished. It’s like having a personal coach with a calendar! The structured layout and long-term vision boards keep me focused, while the weekly and daily views make execution feel manageable. It’s clean, motivating, and actually fun to use. Timestripe doesn’t just track time — it makes it meaningful.

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

While Timestripe is a powerful planning tool, I did run into some bugs during use — occasional glitches with loading and syncing disrupted the flow. It’s a bit frustrating when you’re in the zone and the tool hiccups. Hopefully, these issues get ironed out in future updates, because the core idea is solid gold.

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timestripe solves the problem of scattered focus and short-term thinking. It helps me zoom out and see the bigger picture — not just what I need to do today, but where I’m heading in a week, a year, or even a decade. That structure keeps me grounded and motivated. I’m no longer just reacting to tasks; I’m building toward goals with intention. It’s like turning a chaotic to-do list into a personal strategy

  ### 6. Golden mean between short-term and long-term life planning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam A. | Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

I'm using Timestripe actively more than a year for now since I've found an exact fit for my needs in it.

For time-sensitive events I use default calendar and for big epic things in life I just use my head — there aren't many of them.

Timestripe for me is the perfect tool for storing mid-term goals — the ones that easily slip yours mind, but are still important and improve your life quality.

Moreover, since I've started travelling a lot, I store all my tickets, bookings, forms and other documents in Timestripe — it allows to easily categorize it so I can open something at the airport in no time.

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

Loading/creating states should be improved — usually it's not clear whether the task is saved / file is loaded, especially when you have poor internet connection. Sometimes you assume something is done but it actually isn't and the next time you open the app you realise you lost some of the progress.

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Life managing — it acts a little like a personal assistant.

  ### 7. Best Task / Goal manager I've ever used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valentin R. | Producer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

I am blown away by Timestripe. i've tried every single app on the market and never felt satisfied. I love the fact that I can so easily bounce between a macro and micro view of all my todos and goals. It's really amazing. The IOS experience is also great. I use it every single day.

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

I'd love it to have a native mac app. MACOS does support the ipad app though and it works well.

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me organize better than any other goals or todo app i've tried.

  ### 8. Great goal orientated planner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco P. | Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

The goal orientation plan. It is great to clarify how to get there, and it starts from the Life Goals, wow! I love it! I haven't use the customer support, yet but I like their communication. Right now I'm using it every day.

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

Right now nothing, it can get better on the mobile app, but I'm sure it will, I may use it on linux thanks to the webapp and that's awsome!

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clarification and planning in my family, personal and business life.

  ### 9. A single application that does everything effortlessly.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hari V. | Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

I've been hopping from one application to another, as any individual application does one thing well, which has become extremely cumbersome. I was looking for an application that does everything like Goal tracking, habit tracking, task management and planning my calendar based on a week, month, quarter and a year, and Timestripe seamlessly does all of that effortlessly. I couldn't be happier as I don't have to keep shuffling between various applications.

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

Inability to set a Focus mode which silences all notifications.

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidating all my goals, tasks, time management, habits calendar in one single application.

  ### 10. Really easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ира . | Бренд-менеджер, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

Super user-friendly, clear layout. I usually need time to get used to new apps, but this one felt intuitive right away. Setup was quick and easy too. Totally recommend it!

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

Haven’t run into anything so far — but I’m mostly using it for small tasks.

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me manage work within the team.

  ### 11. The most complete and thoughtful planning app I've seen

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Babacar G. | IT Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

Timestripe completely changes the way I think about goals and in an amazingly positive way. My planning is more thoughtful and strategic than it has ever been thanks to the "planning horizons" paradigm, the Climbs feature, widgets, and the sheer flexibility of the application.

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

I wish the phone widgets were interactive.

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planning personal and professional goals in a way that's productive and inspirational.

  ### 12. Feels like an Apple product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

Long-term perspective kept in view with slide panes, which is a fast, joyful experience without bugs.

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

Integration with Outlook calendar, Mac native app, export via Markdown

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping the long-term goals in front of me without making making the experience cumbersome.

  ### 13. The most complete productivity software out there.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Loyyd Anthony B. | Offshore Architectural Contractor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

Timestripe is an amazing app especially for people like me who have an ADHD and have a problem in executing my goals and plans in life.
I've used many productivity apps before but timestripe is topnotch, as it is easy to use and breaking down your goals and having a wider overview of your plans is very useful.

Also, you'll always be reminded by your long-term goals which is very important in today's age of rampant internet distraction

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

The board templates, and the climb loading times took longer than it should be. Also journaling with custom-template prompts is difficult to do as timestripe doesn't have a dedicated custom-template documents area which you can easily duplicate when doing a daily or nightly journal.

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem with time-management, goal-setting, and organizing your life.

  ### 14. The most versatile and personal goal manager I have ever used

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luna L. | Interdisciplinary Artist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

As stated in the title, this is downright the best goal manager there is. I love trying out new productivity apps to get the feeling of "starting fresh", and that included some of the most popular options like Todoist, TickTick, Structure, or even some AI planners like Motion, Sunsama, Akiflow, etc. None of them really stuck, I almost always jumped ship after at most a week.
Timestripe really gives you the option to make the app truly personal and works for you. It allows you to set long-term goals, and then guides you to set daily tasks accordingly. I have multiple projects going on at all times, whether for self-development or work, Timestripe has made it very easy to keep track of them and stay motivated. The rich analytics and "countdown clock" keep you inspired and made the inner-stoic inside me very happy. It has become my go-to life planner, and it's something I can see myself using consistently.
It also allows you to make Kaban boards and build habits with their unique "climb" feature. They are doing what Notion is trying to do, but with much more clarity and simplicity. My favorite feature is the "divider" option, which allows you to divide tasks into chunks without having to create and click on a bunch of labels.

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

The web and Mac versions of the app works fluidly and beautifully. However, there are a few bugs that might be frustrating if you also use it to store images, files, and other important documents. I like to write codes beside my notes, and sometimes the codes would disappear randomly.

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having multiple projects and breaking them down into daily, weekly, and monthly goals have been extremely helpful. The essence of my work requires a lot of learning and practice. I use the climb feature to break down daily training, which made my planning process very organized.

  ### 15. Timestripe is the only app that allows to do things while seeing the big picture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** saad c. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

- The UI centered about the year/month/week/day.
- The only app to do this.
- Simple UI straight to the point
- Ability to create and share a board
- A mobile App

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

Search is not yet fully implemented. Fuzzy search would be more convenient.

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seeing the big picture while doing tasks

  ### 16. The best planning / journalling app out so far

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sheena C. | Freelance Photographer, videographer and editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

The way the app is organized is so cool. It gives you an easy way to integrate your life goals along with yearly/monthly/weekly goals. Just spend a little time to set out your goals, divide and subdivide into tasks and the rest is taken care of by the app. You can duplicate tasks everyday, you can set time for each tasks so they become your reminders as well. It has its own calender so you can view your month or year in a glance, or you can integrate with a calender you like and work across both. It is easy to implement with the wide variety of templates already provided and you can also create your own template.
I use it everyday to review my goals and to keep up my productivity. The ability to add notes to even the smallest sub task makes it my go to journalling app as well because now I have everything in one place.

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

It is not easy to navigate as a beginner and can become overwhelming. Probably a tutorial of some sorts which makes the entire workspace easy for a new user to understand what can be done in this massive workspace would be of great help for someone who wants to try it out.

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep my goals in track. It helps me keep my daily to do list in track and see what I have accomplished, where I have fallen back. It also allows me to easily reschedule a task if I am unable to complete it for some reason. The feature of adding collaborators make it easy to assign tasks to each other and keep a track of the progress.

  ### 17. The fresh concept I've been waiting for

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edo A. | Creative Head, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

Timestripe stands out as a web and mobile app with a blend of robust, delightful design and functionality. It stands in the sweet spot between the extreme Z-genish friendliness of AnyDo or Todoist and the enterprise feel of MyLifeOrganized and Toodledo. As a creative entrepreneur with a scattered schedule, Timestripe felt tailor-made for me, satisfying my desire to be inspired by the big picture, as well as appealing to my aesthetics of funcrtionality. It combines elements of task management application and flexible Kanbans with infinite subgoals and multiple "horizons" and "spaces" informed by Covey's life perspective.

Timestripe is a well-designed app to manage tasks and goals, that caters to those who strive for meaning in task-driven lives. Despite a few limitations, its blend of functionality and design makes it a rare find among productivity apps. I’m giving it a shot.

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

I would like the Android app to have more functionality in terms of notifications. I hope the upcoming 2-way Google Calendar sync would offer an improvement in that department.

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timestripe is a well-designed app to manage goals and tasks (Timestripe calls them 'subgoals') that caters to those who strive for meaning in complex, task-driven lives. As a creative entrepreneur with a scattered schedule, Timestripe is satisfying my desire to be inspired by the big picture, as well as appealing to my aesthetics of funcrtionality.

  ### 18. Disturbing but innovative way to be organised and have clear objectives

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

At first, using this app was disturbing because it completely reshapes how you manage your to-dos. But thanks to the templates and modules, which act like tutorials, it helps you rethink your organization and determine real objectives for the mid and long term, not just tasks.

What I absolutely adore about Timestripe is its organization. You can start building a plan by thinking of your high-level objectives and developing them into achievable actions, which you can organize by month, week, or any other criteria you've determined. This way, you can always keep your overall objective in mind based on the different actions you need to take you and your team.

The web app and iOS app are very well done, clear, and offer many possibilities. I've just started using it, but after a few days, I love it. I used to focus solely on tasks, which prevented me from seeing the big picture. I'm still finding my routine with the app, but it's definitely one of the apps I use now.

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

A native Mac app with notifications is missing, even though the web app can be used as an app. Additionally, more shortcuts for navigating the app would be great—I know I'm a shortcut nerd!

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me set my goals rather than just creating to-do lists, enhancing my productivity and helping me achieve long-term objectives. Its interface encourages me to focus more on the actions needed to reach my long-term goals, something I couldn’t achieve with any other to-do app I tried before, and I tried many. Additionally, its unique approach sets it apart from traditional task management applications.

  ### 19. Timestripe, today and forever

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Afranio C. | CMO and marketing profesor., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

I use Timestripe daily to organize and manage my life at work and personally.

I liked the focus on objectives and the perspective of time, with different periods providing a clear and more comprehensive vision to organize projects, business, and life itself.

Besides the exclusive Horizon, there are many other features like gallery with templates that contain models of various task management methodologies.

I recommend Timestripe, beautiful design, intuitive and simple interface.

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

I missed integration with more tools and features for graphic connections between related items.

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've researched and tried numerous to-do services, but decided to switch to Timestripe cause it's a simple, but powerful tool. Timestripe help me to improve my productivity and organization.

I can have a comprehensive, long-term view of my life and professional projects and the tool still offers inspirations and several useful resources such as the gallery with ready-made templates based on different task and project management methodologies.

  ### 20. Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vidhi S. | Digital Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

- I've been looking for a tool like this for so long!
- Love that I can plan for my year/months/weeks/days.
- The UI/Visual design is AMAZING. The quality truly shines through.

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

- Wish there was a calendar view and Google Cal intergration.
- Wish I could track habits on this.
- Would love to extend the lists/card horizontally in boards.
- Wish there was a line divider, title divider, tags, and ability to make text bold, underline, or italics when adding to a list or plan.
- Wish I could view my month and year list when on the days view.
- A backlog list that I can open up at anytime would be cool?

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There isn't any app that can help me plan my year/months/weeks/days. I would have to combine different apps or use paper - but this one does it all with such ease.

  ### 21. All-In-One Productivity App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

I wish I'd found this tool earlier. It's the exact thing I need to keep track of my goals, tasks, and time - and it's all within one app.

It has a simple-to-use interface, which I love, and is also highly visual - which I also love.

I've already sent it to numerous friends to get them to join, too.

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

So far, I haven't found anything I don't like!

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time management, task management, and project management as an entrepreneur - all in one place.

  ### 22. Fresh approach to planning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maksim G. | Product Manager Real Estate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

I've tried lots of planning tools from Apple Calendar+Reminders to widesplread apps like Todoist/Notion/Trello to very customisable ones like Excel/Dynalist. And I have to say that Timestripe is a really promising tool. I've been using it for several weeks now and I really like
- Different views on goals and a philosophy that goal = event = task
- Ability to make subgoals on multiple hierarchy levels
- Ability to make goals recurring
- Ability to enrich goals with data incl text, images and links

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

Search feature still has a lot of potential. My benchmark here would be Apple Spotlight and I hope that the team will improve it in future to make it a perfect tool also for knowledge management

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to slice big goals into small achievable ones and vice versa - be crative about why I do small tasks

  ### 23. Good tool to stay focused and keep todos organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikita K. | Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

An excellent find — the Horizon view helps keep tasks in focus for today, the week, the month, and beyond. A unique discovery that led me to switch to using Timestripe. Visually pleasing interface. Nice community and support in Telegram chat.

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

The problem with many daily tools is the cluttered interface and the need for numerous actions, button presses, and so on. Timestripe has reduced these unnecessary routine actions, but it still isn't optimal enough in terms of user experience.

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps keep everything under control, nothing gets lost, doesn't accumulate into one huge "to-do list on your shoulders," everything is laid out on the horizon for a week, month, quarter, year.

  ### 24. Great app for keeping the big picture in mind

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eiti S. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

I like the clean interface, I can spent minimum time setting up my tasks and them just focus on doing them.
And the app has an unique perspective on goals, I can plan my big picture goals and them break it down into smaller steps and actionable goals. It makes so much difference on my day-to-day routine as gives a sense that every small step is moving me towards my main goals.

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

It feels like the app is still in early development, and some features needs some refinement. But the developers seems very active and always respond on the telegram group

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timestripe is helping me plan my daily activities and long term goals

  ### 25. Super simple yet powerful planner app!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

The UI is clean and intuitive. I find the time-based layout highly effective for goal-setting. Research shows that breaking down larger goals into daily habits can significantly boost productivity, and this app supports that process. It lets you map your goals across different timeframes—monthly, weekly, daily, and even hourly—giving you a clear, organized view of your day, week, month, and year. This makes it easier to stay on track and feel motivated.

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

Would like an improvement in attaching images

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

achieving personal goals, time management

  ### 26. Wish I found it sooner!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

The collapsing bars in the Horizons view - sounds like a small thing but now i have it, it's so useful i can't imagine looking at my time in another way! I love reverse-engineering, it's a great way to plan and i feel it's giving me a great goal management system! The web app is great and i can't wait to integrate across all of my devices. I'm currently using this daily and will continue to do so until my setup is implemented and i'm using this as my one and only tool. Can't wait for the google calendar link!!

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

I haven't found a downside yet, there is a slight learning curve but the videos made by the team are awesome and the tips that appear when you first start are great!

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Looking at the calendar in a different format is great and allowing it to link so easily. It reminds me of Jira (Atlassian) that i use at work - in a very good way!

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

You are able to tie your goals on different time horizons, all the way from lifetime to years to months, weeks, days and hours. This is unique among the many task management apps I've tried. The boards are spaces you can manage different projects in a flexible and visually appealing way as well. It's something I've been using on a daily basis so far and am finding it useful.

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

No offline mode for the iOS app. Google calendar integration also doesn't seem to work well with tasks just listed as full day instead of having specific times. Emailed customer support about this a few days ago but have not heard back.

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing your tasks and projects in a way that is congruent with your longer term goals.

  ### 28. The app I've been looking for

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Timestripe?**

This app is just woderful to track you day-to-day to dos and still keep an eye on your long-term goals. The mix of calendar, task tracker, sprints and visual graph of how much time I have left in this year is a perfect combo I've been looking for. App offers great iPhone widgets too.

**What do you dislike about Timestripe?**

App needs a desktop app. Also, there is no separate habit tracker or tracker of some kind, where I can count number of repeated activities.

**What problems is Timestripe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it as a personal productivity tool, but the app definetlycan be useful for SME as well.
