TimeSheeta Reviews & Product Details

TimeSheeta is the fastest way for contractors to get crew hours into QuickBooks Desktop. It’s built for companies that run payroll in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. At most trade companies, someone in the field or office spends part of every week re-typing paper timesheets into QuickBooks. They pick the job, service item, class and payroll item for every worker on every shift. It’s painfully slow, and repeat data entry increases the chance for errors. TimeSheeta replaces all that. From the field, a foreman or supervisor picks the job, adds the crew and enters everyone’s hours from a phone, tablet, or laptop in seconds. Workers never need a login or an app. The office reviews each week, sends entries back or approves them, and once hours are approved they go straight into QuickBooks Desktop as weekly timesheets for each employee.
