Working in HR, what I like most is how Timemoz makes it much easier to monitor the whole team, including our remote folks. Attendance data appears in real time, and the interface is clean and easy to read, so I can see everyone’s status at a glance instead of chasing people down or juggling spreadsheets. There isn’t much to dislike, but I do have one small issue. On the Report page, when I select an employee, their name doesn’t move to the top of the list. Because of that, I often have to scroll or search again just to confirm who I selected or to add another person. One thing that could be improved is how the working timer depends on laptop activity. Since some work activities, such as customer meetings, calls, or discussions, do not always require continuous laptop activity, the timer may stop even though I am still working. The flexibility to adjust working hours within the same day is incredibly helpful for remote workers like me. There are also attractive options that make it much easier to manage multiple projects simultaneously, without consuming too much memory or system resources. Additionally, being able to view attendance reports directly through the dashboard makes it easier to monitor and keep track of attendance records.
