time cockpit Reviews & Product Details

Time cockpit is a cloud-based project time tracking solution developed by software architects GmbH in Austria. It transforms time tracking from an administrative duty into a strategic management tool. Designed for service providers and project-oriented organizations, it gives businesses full transparency over how time is spent, turning work hours into measurable business value. Unlike generic timesheet apps, time cockpit combines precision tracking, deep customization, and seamless integration, helping teams optimize productivity, ensure compliance, and improve profitability. Comprehensive Tracking and Billing Time cockpit enables structured recording of working hours by project, and activity, with flexible hourly rates and billable flags. Integrated billing allows automatic PDF invoice generation, including hourly rates, travel expenses, and detailed service records. The system also supports flexible working time models and manages balances, absences, and compliance with labor regulations through automatic violation detection (DE, AT). Automation, Integration, and Accuracy With a powerful Web API time cockpit can be connected with ERP, CRM, and project management tools, enabling automation of imports, billing, and reporting. The optional Activity Tracker adds precision by automatically capturing programs, files, and activities and visualizing them in a calendar view, allowing users to reconstruct their workday without interruption. Customizable and Scalable Time cockpit stands out through its customization capabilities. Companies can extend data models with their own fields, forms, and reports or use IronPython for custom logic such as approval workflows and validations. Hosted entirely in ISO 27001-certified Microsoft Azure data centers within the EU, time cockpit offers enterprise-grade reliability, daily backups, and secure Single Sign-On (Microsoft Entra, Okta). With transparent, per-day user billing, no minimum term, and direct expert support, time cockpit delivers a flexible, secure, and professional solution that adapts to your business — not the other way around.
