Tikkit is very easy to use when you have a multi-office or facility organization. It is fairly easy to search and find new work orders for other offices other than the one I am mainly located at. These orders have the ability to be sent directly to specific staff members or throughout the program to an entire facility. I haven't had to use the help center yet myself, but it has been utilized by several new staff members, and it appears that they have a 24-hour service center, as our offices operate at different time frames, in the event that one of the staff members get stuck on a certain order request or even how to request an order, which is often, there is customer support readily present in a chat system. But along with this, learning how to use the system itself, creating orders, sending orders, and notifying clinics regarding orders is fairly easy. The ease of use is probably the number one pro of the Tikkit system due to the turnover of new employees that our company has and the inability to extend the training processes. We need all of the systems that we utilize to be functional and user friendly and Tikkit complies to both. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not truly a dislike, but some feature that I have found to be less detailed or easily navigated is the export of the orders on Tikkit. We have an EMR system that isn't interfaced with Tikkit and we wish that there was a way to export order requests and completed orders to that system so that we can store it in there as well. We do not want to ever lose our data, should we ever switch from Tikkit. Other than that, Tikkit does meet our 22 office company's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tenant help center has made managing tenant requests so much easier. I can track the progress of inquiries and issues submitted and respond through text/email. It's a huge plus to have ongoing notes about recurring issues. Being able to add photos and attachments is a bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tikkit lacks the ability for users to be able to print or export reports. I also wish I could customize the Assign to Staff section. Another small con is that you cannot drag and drop images; you have to choose the attachment from your computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tikkit is easy-to-use maintenance management software. You can use this software on your cellphone as well. Creating and completing the request is easy and fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some user-friendly features such as dragging the picture via mouse to the work order rather than inserting the picture via folder directly and notification or escalating of work-orders which are overdue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The seamless user interface and ease of which I can send out requests and get prompt feedback from those who can assist.
