We very rarely see any issues with their services and when there is going to be any expected downtime they are very proactive about reaching out to us. **What do you dislike about TierPoint?** I honestly do not have much to highlight here. TierPoint is truly one of our best vendor partners. The only comment I may have to bring up is that sometimes there is a bit too much in the portal interface and it becomes challenging to digest it all. But this is a minor complaint. **Recommendations to others considering TierPoint:** TierPoint is a tremendous vendor for us and their support has been excellent. There is nothing I currently know of that would cause us to move away from their services and we are planning to continue expanding out business with them. **What problems is TierPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to move the majority of our servers offsite with TierPoint and this has been a tremendous improvement for our infrastructure spend and business continuity. ### 3. The convenient location of their data center perfectly suits our needs, making on-site maintenance straightforward and easy. Additionally, the multiple layers of physical security give me confidence that our investment in equipment is well-protected in their facility. **What do you dislike about TierPoint?** One aspect of TierPoint that I find challenging is their physical security, which is also something I appreciate. During emergency maintenance or when a server goes offline, the process of signing in and accessing my server rack can take longer than I'd like. While I understand and value the importance of these security measures, in urgent situations, those extra minutes can feel like an eternity. **Recommendations to others considering TierPoint:** Over the years, we've explored various options for managing our online infrastructure, including running our own data center and using other co-location facilities. However, TierPoint has proven to be the best choice for us. They are very cost-efficient, eliminating the need for us to invest in generators, battery backups, networking equipment, environmental controls, and more. TierPoint handles all of this for us and has been consistently reliable. Their multiple layers of physical security ensure that our investment in equipment is well-protected. While we primarily use their facility to host our equipment, TierPoint offers a wide range of cloud computing solutions. Their extensive network of data centers across the country provides a variety of mixed solutions and flexibility. I appreciate that they tailor solutions to meet our specific needs. **What problems is TierPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** TierPoint addresses several critical issues for us. We never have to worry about our internet connection, as it is always reliable. Power and cooling are consistently stable, eliminating any concerns in those areas. Additionally, their technicians are always helpful and quick to respond to our requests regarding co-located servers. A truly worry-free solution to our needs! ### 6. We no longer have to worry about it. Plus, they have Smart Hands for basic requests so I do not always have to go to the datacenter. **What do you dislike about TierPoint?** Their Smart Hands is decent but anything the least bit complicated needs to be done by my staff. **Recommendations to others considering TierPoint:** If you need a datacenter, consider TierPoint for your short-list. I have been using them for years and been in different facilities. I have had a good experience with the ones I have used. **What problems is TierPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** TierPoint is a datacenter provider. They offer a space for running your datacenter equipment. This includes heavy security (badges with retinal scan and mantraps to enter) plus they manage the power, HVAC, and connectivity options. Their connect with multiple ISPs so using their Internet connection means not seeing issues when an Internet vendor has issues. ### 7.
