TierMenu Reviews & Product Details

TierMenu helps residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors with one to five technicians set consistent prices and get approval on site. The owner enters a labor rate, parts costs and markup rules once, and TierMenu calculates a sell price for every task in the price book, with optional member pricing and rounding. Technicians use a phone or tablet to present up to four options for the same job, with add-ons and a recommended choice, and the homeowner signs on the screen or later through a secure link, which produces a signed PDF. Approved proposals convert to invoices in one step, and payments collected outside the software can be recorded against them. Maintenance plans schedule a year of visits, track renewals and send reminders. Costs stay hidden from technicians, each company's data is kept separate, and the software runs in a web browser alongside the shop's existing scheduling tool. It does not include dispatch, payroll or card processing.
