tickts Reviews & Product Details

tickts is a UK event ticketing platform. Buyers pay no booking fee and organisers pay no commission: ticket money goes straight into the organiser's own Stripe or PayPal account as tickets sell, and the only deduction is the payment processor's card fee (Stripe roughly 1.5% plus 20p per UK card). tickts never holds the money. The free Starter plan includes unlimited events and tickets, promo codes, a scanner app, box office and door sales, add-ons, multi-date events, best-available seating, checkout questions, ticket transfers, analytics, your own GA4, Meta and TikTok pixels, and a full REST API with webhooks and Zapier. Growth (£29/month) adds payment plans, waitlists, email campaigns, affiliate and rep tracking, group discounts, sponsors and custom branding. Pro (£69/month) adds season passes, a white-label subdomain, a fan CRM, removal of tickts branding and priority support. Used by theatre companies, music promoters, sports clubs, charities, churches, schools, comedy nights, festivals and venues across the UK and Ireland.
