**What do you like best about Thunai?**

What I really like about Thunai is that it genuinely reduces our daily load. We handle multiple clients and a lot of information comes in from calls, briefs, and emails. Thunai neatly pulls everything together and gives us clear summaries, action points, and quick drafts whenever we need them. It feels like having an extra team member who already knows our projects and our tone. The speed and accuracy definitely help us move faster as a design studio.

**What do you dislike about Thunai?**

Nothing much to dislike. A few areas can be smoother, but it’s improving fast and doesn’t affect our daily use.

**What problems is Thunai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thunai helps us manage our work better as an agency. Before this, we used to spend a lot of time going through long call recordings, notes, and content drafts. Now it gives us quick summaries, cleans up our meeting points, and helps with content creation when we are under time pressure. It also keeps all our client knowledge in one place, which avoids repeated clarifications and saves a lot of back-and-forth. Overall, it helps us stay organised and deliver faster.
